Big hotel with many useful facilities on-site (pool, sauna, spa, access to the nearby beach, parking, etc.). Very nice variety in terms of food (especially dinner).
Lacking attention to details, when it came to a simple request at the reception. Only several attempts later and after many hours they managed to fulfill it.

This hotel is spotlessly clean. I’m quite fussy about cleanliness and the Tui Blue exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is nice and quiet perfect for a relaxing and quiet holiday. Only thing to note is that this place is definitely for the older clientele. I’m in my 30s and most people were probably in their 50s.
The choice of places to eat is quite limited. The buffet food started to seem a bit samey after day 2. On the last day of my holiday, it was raining and I slipped and fell by the pool and grazed my arm quite badly on a texturised pillar. Almost a month on I still have the scars. Tea, coffee and water in the room is only replenished every 3 days.
