Fantastiskt bra frukost och trevlig personal i frukostmatsalen. Stort utbud och gott.
Dyrt för att få ett queen bed room. Personalen lovade sen utcheckning då vi gick med i Hilton club. Dagen efter så var en i personalen otrevlig och sa att vi minsann skulle checka ut kl. 1100. De hade fullt med folk som skulle bo där. Jag lyckades efter många om och men få sen utcheckning som vi blivit lovade. Dåligt och oproffsigt bemötande.

Me and partner always have stayed in this chain of hotels. Always extremely satisfied with the rooms and staff. However this visit wasn’t the same. Great location and will be staying at this hotel again IF an apology or some kind of gesture is awarded to me and my partner. We accidentally left our ‘do not disturb sign on the door’ iv had an experience of stuff being stolen from previous hotels (NOT doubletreeHilton) so I am very wary of anyone coming in the room when we’re not inside. However me and partner came back to our room one afternoon and suddenly heard aggressive knocking on the door, my partner answered and it was two staff members saying they need to come in to check our room because of safety and what not. Came in looked around like we had just been raided by the police. I suffer with PTSD and I found this VERY uncomfortable and awkward. Could have gone about this in a much more professional manner, it actually reduced me to tears. Also early hours of the Thursday morning the day we were due to go home there was a fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate the building. No staff members came up to us to reassure us what was going on, like I said I suffer with PTSD and I was terrified. No staff members around to speak to guests then just expected us to go back to our room without informing us on any information on what had happened. No blankets or drinks for guests. Sadly I was disappointed in the stay but overall I hope lessons can be learned from the staff and I hope to visit again soon.

Really comfy bed. Nice warm heating. The warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch! Right next to the station to catch the train back to the airport was a big plus. 10-20 mins walk from all attractions we wanted to do.
No view view. Of course I could of upgraded but didn’t see much use as it was only one night.
