Utmärkt hotell!

Utmärkt hotell och personal, vi var där bara 1 natt, men önskar att vi kunde ha stannat längre! Receptionen, klockpersonalen, conciergen var alla utmärkta och såg till att vi var bekväma. Vilket bra ställe att bo på!

The rooms were very nice. Nice design and very comfy. Turn down service in the hotel. Breakfast was super. Staff was excellent. Cocktail bar in the hotel.

This is the most convenient hotel to enjoy FC. Barcelona‘s match. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay like in Camp Nou. The ease of putting your personal valuables in the hotel and taking your tickets and a few small coins will increase the value of this hotel. Security is solid and public transportation is also good. There is also a department store nearby, and the environment is wonderful without any problems with cafes and breakfast.

There is quite a complaint about the payment of the hotel. I was deposited even though I was paying in advance through BOOKING.com. The statement of payment was also very difficult to understand, and the room fee was double charged. I made a complaint through BOOKING.com and it was resolved three weeks later. It was hard for each other to go through the troublesome procedures. I think that there was no mistake if they made the method of collection simpler.

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in some time. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was so kind. I traveled with my 8-year-old son to see Barcelona play and the staff there treated him like a special guest. They even gave him a signed photo of Messi when we left. The concierge, Matthieu (I think), was kind and incredibly helpful. If you're attending a FC Barcelona match and you want to stay close to the stadium, this is the best possible place.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
