A little extra
Plus: Great little car! Helpful staff...even with our non Italian vocabulary and their limited english.
Minus: No helpful papers. It would be good to have maps in English and a sheet of what the road signs mean. Not a big thing but very helpful. Rental of GPS was a ridiculously high price. $300 for two weeks. These things are not that expensive and to rip off tourists like that is just greedy. We just went and bought one! A pushy Italian man pushed his way in front of us and then went outside and proceeded to hit a car while trying to move his rental. And acted like it was everyone's fault but his own...and he got away with it. Not cool on all counts.

Sneaky Extra Charges
Minus: I had to wait an hour for my already short rental because I wasn't directly a Hertz customer, then I wasn't informed anywhere that they charge commission for the pre-paid gas so a €70 rental cost me €115, and another €100 rental after that cost me €177. Didn't find out until the second time because I wasn't even given a proper check out service at the end of the first. Disgusting, will never use them again.

Minus: Jag var tvungen att vänta en timme på min redan korta hyra eftersom jag inte var direkt en Hertz-kund, då jag inte informerades någonstans att de debiterar provision för den förbetalda gasen så en €70 hyra kostar mig 115 euro, och en annan €100 hyra efter det kostar mig 177 euro. Fick inte reda på förrän andra gången eftersom jag inte ens fick en ordentlig utcheckningstjänst i slutet av det första. Vämjeligt kommer aldrig att använda dem igen.
