Renting a car through Entreprise
Minus: I rented a car for 2 days through your search engine and i thought I got a good deal. When i went to pick the car It turned out that the insurance is higher the the rental fees which was not indicated in the offer. I didn't take the most expensive insurance to save money but ended paying the full guarantee of 850euro because of a small scratch of the door. I paid this guarantee on 29 August on the understanding that I would be reimbursed the difference for the cost of repair of this scratch. To date I have NOT heard back about my guarantee. Enterprise give themselves 3 months to respond! ! This is the worse service I ever had. I will never opt for Enterprise nor for your search engine. I hope this can help others. ..

Unexpected closure
Minus: Looking back at the fine print, it does indeed note that operating hours on Saturdays close at noon. I don't usually read all of that though, and being new to France was quite surprised to arrive from my train at 1215 pm and find the office closed for the weekend! I ended up having to get a car elsewhere at much higher prices. Be warned!

Oväntad stängning
Minus: När du ser tillbaka på det fina trycket, noterar det verkligen att drifttimmar på lördagar är nära kl. 12.00. Jag läser inte vanligtvis allt detta, och att vara ny i Frankrike blev ganska förvånad att komma från mitt tåg till 1215 och hitta kontoret stängt för helgen! Jag hamnade att måste får en bil annanstans hos mycket mer hög pris. Var varnad!
