I was very happy about our stay in Boston . The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location in Boston . Staff was friendly and attentive. I felt safe during these Covid 19 times. No complaints at all ! Will be back soon!

The hotel was suppose to let the guests know that during this pandemic time housekeeping service had to be requested 24 hours prior and I was not informed when I checked in. I found out the following day at night when we got back to my room, I called and then they told me about the the 24 hours request, so I requested for the following day and the second day I also did not have housekeeping service, I stayed for 3 days without any housekeeping service.

There was a hidden fee of $20 per night from Hilton that I was not expecting. It would of been nice knowing this instead of finding the charge on my credit card. Also had to evacuate my room at around midnight for an emergency situation and was never told what the emergency was. No apology either & I was on the 24th floor.

Check-in was easy and the rooms were extremely clean. The hotel had clear signage listing what was opened and what was closed due to COVID. Since the restaurants and room service were closed, the hotel included a credit to buy food/toiletries in the lobby shop. I also liked the more professional/adult vibe. There were no small children running through the halls or families with strollers everywhere. Great for couples or business.
Parking for paying guests was outrageously expensive compared to other hotels in the area. I'm from the city and my mother drove in from out of state. Parking for two nights was almost a hundred dollars, and that was with the small discount they gave.

I booked a corner king bedroom with view. The view was amazing, the room was large, and very clean. But the TV was very old, I couldn’t connect my Mac and there hadn’t Netflix.
The stuff wasn’t nice, she looked glum. Also, they hadn’t always picked up the phone when I called the room service. There were hidden charges you will be surprised when you arrive. The hotel charged me twice!!!! So know I need more time to work to get my money back.

Clearly the only thing that the housekeeping staff did was change the sheets and empty the trash. I found an empty bottle of wine under the curtains by the window, half empty bottles of water, dirty plastic forks under the desk, used tissues even behind the trash bin in the bathroom, and the bathroom also clearly was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. I have used that property before, as well as others in various cities and have never experienced anything like I did during this stay. Also I was charged more than the original price I got when I made the reservation on Booking.com. The level of unhappiness is so great that from now on the only way that I of any of my relatives will be staying at any Hilton Hotel properties is free of charge?

Room was very, very dark. Especially the tv/cabinet area, even in the day with curtains open we needed a flashlight to see also no light in the closet. Bathroom: ran out of shampoo and gel in the shower, poor water pressure, toilet was so low that the 80 year-old in our party needed assistance getting up AND the toilet did not flush properly and made that experience particularly unpleasant. Only one set of towels for a two night stay. Lots of 'fees' added to the bill including $20/day to be spent in the hotel on food, water etc. which we certainly would not have spent by choice.

I know that Covid 19 has to be taken serious , and the same way their is procedures and steps that businesses map out I believe their could be a plan / precautions that they take serious for the pool area. The room was comfortable and clean, as expected from a Hilton. But the staff were truly phenomenal - I felt so well taken care of. They didn't just accommodate things that I asked for, but suggested things and did things that made my life easier (like bringing my bag up to my room while I moved my car). The location is great. There’s only the option for self parking and it’s 53.00. No valet so prepare to carry all of your bags in without the help of a cart. In that way, felt like a motel. Nice facilities. Nice gym.
The rooms were ridiculously dark. I couldn’t see anything after sunset. They newly remodeled and their designers just didn’t take into account that mood lighting wasn’t for everyone all the time. Also, housekeeping didn’t turn off the alarm set by the previous guest which woke us up at 550 am after a long day of travel and late night to bed which was awful. The manager only offered us Hilton points and it would’ve been more appropriate to offer us breakfast - something to make us feel awake.

There was a glitch between booking.com and hotel, my booking was not found in the hotel's system. But the reception staff was great she was able to accomodate me. Front desk very helpful. But there are two people I would like to address. I have used your hotel back in 2003 -2005 when my daughter attended Northeastern college. I would have breakfast and dinner in your hotel everytime I came to visit my daughter, which was two a month in the nice weather and once a month in The winter as I had to drive from New York and back. Anyway the two people I enjoyed seeing beside my daughter was Gloria R and Jose. Always with a smile and helping hand. So imagine my surprise to see them both 17 years later. And still the same delightful people, helpful kind and caring I look forward to my return with my daughters and grandson in the spring of 2020. You have two awesome people on your staff.

Perhaps by luck we were placed on the 26th floor with a beautiful view of the city. The modern, monochrome fittings of the room made an immediate impression on me and on my 11yo daughter who said she loved it. The beds, pool, and exercise room!
One elevator was out pretty continuously. When the second elevator failed, the waits at 26 and at L became very long and the eventual trips, when there was room at all, were very crowded. For a Hilton, this is FUBAR.

We think the location is great and the rooms were a good size, clean with air purifiers. However, there were several inconviniences as follows: bathroom way too small, they only have one ice machine which is in the lobby, the pool is nice but small.
Service was not the best, it was very busy and not enough staff to assist in the lobby with check in and check out. The bathrooms in the room are too small. I would have liked some adult only hours designated for the pool.

Not enough elevators; a lot of these newer hotels are built like this with profit in mind, very tall buildings with lots of rooms on each floor and not enough elevators to service all guests. That results in frequent bottlenecks and long waiting times.

Room was a nice size but the beds seemed tiny. Also the bathroom layout was poorly designed. 2 people couldn't be in there at the same time.

The parking fee for overnight parking AT the hotel was 43. Way to high of a fee for parking in the hotels lot,and not an adjacent lot. Should be included in the fee. Or at least warned when booking this hotel.
The hotel's internet connection was godawful.

The whole atmosphere from walking in was just happy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the city was great, and the room was phenomenal. Loved the decor and the pillows. The pool was awesome and that was the best temp in a hot tub I've felt in a long time.
Paying for parking. They clearly own the garage I think they could include parking for their guests.

The hilton would not honor the double room I booked without an argument. I booked a double and they claimed to only have single king bed available. They claimed booking thru a third party was no guarantee. In the end we got the handicapped room but it was totally aggravating. I guarantee they overbooked bc a student group was there and they obviously can't place students in one bed. It was not super clean. Mold in sinks and lobby toilets were clogged.
Nice locatio and accessible to main attractions
The location of this hotel is outstanding if you have a student who is attending Berklee College of Music. It's close to everything Berklee and with numerous high quality shopping and dining options.
The small coffee and pastry area offers limited food options, limited STARBUCKS type beverages and when I went there I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone showed up to wait on me at the counter.
The room was nice and spacious. The bell man was very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name so that I could send a note to the hotel commending him for his helpfulness.
I would have preferred a room away from the pool. Parents with small children allowed them to run and scream down the hall on their way to and from the pool.

The only redeeming quality was the location, the hotel isn't connected to the Prudential building. There was nothing else that was nice about this place.
This is a very sad Hilton! The hotel operates like a 1 star hotel. We had someone else's blood our sheets, multiple pen stains on the duvet and the room service team didn't bother to deliver morning room service. I told the manager, but I'll never return.
Cancelled our stay due to rudeness and apathy from
There was a mistake in our reservation dates. The front desk staff was so rude and apathetic about it, we cancelled our return stay with them. Neither one said they were sorry about the mix up, never smiled, kept saying they were totally booked — we had been walking in the rain from the bus and obviously needed help. Customers ultimately decide who receives their money!
Upon check in, we were told the room type we booked was sold out. After a few minutes the issue was resolved and we received the same type room. Minor issue.
Hotel didn't have my reservation that I made through Kayak and the staff was not helpful in resolving it
A Restorative Saty
Lovely amenities: pool/hot tub in the fitness center was very clean, cotton robe in the closet was a nice touch, and the infused water in lobby made for a refreshing start of the day.
No included breakfast and subpar in-room coffee. There is a cafe in the lobby but by that time, I was ready to explore elsewhere.

Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room, perfect location near Prudential Center, Copley, etc. and easy to drive to and from I-90. Self parking in attached garage, which I prefer (I hate valet parking). Parking garage attendant was kind and helpful.

We originally had a reservation for 3 days. We were a late check-in. However when we arrived the first night they were fully booked and had to get us a room at a different hotel. That experience did not go well but the Hilton Boston Back Bay did everything to help us.

Loved the location. It was our first visit to Boston and loved the convenience to Newberry St. and the subway. Nice rooms and great service. Nothing fancy but met all our needs.
