Check-in was easy and the rooms were extremely clean. The hotel had clear signage listing what was opened and what was closed due to COVID. Since the restaurants and room service were closed, the hotel included a credit to buy food/toiletries in the lobby shop. I also liked the more professional/adult vibe. There were no small children running through the halls or families with strollers everywhere. Great for couples or business.

Parking for paying guests was outrageously expensive compared to other hotels in the area. I'm from the city and my mother drove in from out of state. Parking for two nights was almost a hundred dollars, and that was with the small discount they gave.

I love the hotel room. And I love the people that worked here because they were so nice.

I didn’t like that they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. So they should of gave us more.

I liked that the Trolley Tours Tour stopped at our hotel approximately every 30 minutes from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm. They are the green trolleys.

Very clean , The staff greeted us as soon as we enter the hotel . The made us feel welcomed and relax .

The pool are was still closed due to Covid 19 . I know that Covid 19 has to be taken serious , and the same way their is procedures and steps that businesses map out I believe their could be a plan / precautions that they take serious for the pool area. It isn’t fair for guest to pay an amount that include every part of the hotel including all the amenities.

the closet space was too little and for a double room it could be too crowded it was good only for me

I love everything the room was big very clean a nice view of he city and nice renovated room the bathroom was beautiful the pool area was fantastic and the fitness this is my number hotel for now on.

However, continuing in that same situation, the staff were very calm. Handled the situation well and we were able to go back to our rooms very quickly.

There was a moment when we were asked to depart our floor because an alarm was triggered. It was confusing and a bit unsettling because I wasnt sure what was happening.

THE MOST comfortable pillows and comforter ever. Appreciated the late check out option as well as a coupon to use towards onsite parking and restaurant charges.

The pool was very cold and lots of one way streets in the area. Paid extra for a view but there wasn't anything to see except other buildings.

Everyone is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. There’s always an extra comfortable place to sit and a desk Setup.

They added an urban convenience fee thing that was confusing and feels like just a way to add on expenses. Most Hilton’s in other locations, even Portland Maine, do a complimentary breakfast.

Good fajitas, good people at service desk in lobby. Amin very considerate and helpful, as is the entire staff.

As an early riser, 4 to 5 a.m., it was hard to prepare coffee in the room so a source for coffee outside the room would have been nice. Early risers contend with this often.

Ordered dinner in, it was delicious: The cheese burger, philly steak and cheese, wings and milk & cookies. The bartender was also very friendly and attentive as we sat fire side in the bar area/lounge area. The shrimp cocktail were great!

The bar does serve glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, however you cannot order a glass or bottle to your room. The selection is limited. Nothing else to note.

I enjoyed the staff and the design of the overall hotel and apartments. I was greeted every time I walked in and was in the lobby. The finishes throughout the hotel and the rooms were modern, nice and well designed.

I had a could issues with the lighting in the room and found my room was a little dark. But overall was fine.

Front desk very helpful. But there are two people I would like to address. I have used your hotel back in 2003 -2005 when my daughter attended Northeastern college. I would have breakfast and dinner in your hotel everytime I came to visit my daughter, which was two a month in the nice weather and once a month in The winter as I had to drive from New York and back. Anyway the two people I enjoyed seeing beside my daughter was Gloria R and Jose. Always with a smile and helping hand. So imagine my surprise to see them both 17 years later. And still the same delightful people, helpful kind and caring I look forward to my return with my daughters and grandson in the spring of 2020. You have two awesome people on your staff.

The location was excellent. Didn’t use the car at all, walked everywhere.

The location of the restaurant seemed to be a closely guarded secret. We only discovered it on our last morning despite once asking at desk and being directed to what turned out to be the bar.

Water pressure on the 12th floor shower is really bad and frustrating.

Wish the pool was heated. It was a little chilly. But that’s not a deal breaker.

Perhaps by luck we were placed on the 26th floor with a beautiful view of the city. The modern, monochrome fittings of the room made an immediate impression on me and on my 11yo daughter who said she loved it. The beds, pool, and exercise room!

One elevator was out pretty continuously. When the second elevator failed, the waits at 26 and at L became very long and the eventual trips, when there was room at all, were very crowded. For a Hilton, this is FUBAR.

Interesting decor, was formally a technology college. They incorporated the works from the error throughout the hotel. Clean, beds comfortable. Beautiful skyline view. Right near prudential plaza and t stops. Handy even for walking from downtown. Would stay again.

Not enough elevators; a lot of these newer hotels are built like this with profit in mind, very tall buildings with lots of rooms on each floor and not enough elevators to service all guests. That results in frequent bottlenecks and long waiting times.

The front desk representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they are well trained and there are very specific expectations of them. It's what you expect at a hotel like Hilton but is not always delivered.

There wasn't an option to check out on your TV like many locations nor was an invoice delivered to my room the morning of check out. It's not a big deal but it's something that seems standard nowadays.

The parking fee for overnight parking AT the hotel was 43. Way to high of a fee for parking in the hotels lot,and not an adjacent lot. Should be included in the fee. Or at least warned when booking this hotel.

The whole atmosphere from walking in was just happy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the city was great, and the room was phenomenal. Loved the decor and the pillows. The pool was awesome and that was the best temp in a hot tub I've felt in a long time.

Nice locatio and accessible to main attractions

The location of this hotel is outstanding if you have a student who is attending Berklee College of Music. It's close to everything Berklee and with numerous high quality shopping and dining options.

The small coffee and pastry area offers limited food options, limited STARBUCKS type beverages and when I went there I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone showed up to wait on me at the counter.

The room was nice and spacious. The bell man was very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name so that I could send a note to the hotel commending him for his helpfulness.

I would have preferred a room away from the pool. Parents with small children allowed them to run and scream down the hall on their way to and from the pool.

A Restorative Saty

Lovely amenities: pool/hot tub in the fitness center was very clean, cotton robe in the closet was a nice touch, and the infused water in lobby made for a refreshing start of the day.

No included breakfast and subpar in-room coffee. There is a cafe in the lobby but by that time, I was ready to explore elsewhere.

Extremely comfortable bed. Spacious room, perfect location near Prudential Center, Copley, etc. and easy to drive to and from I-90. Self parking in attached garage, which I prefer (I hate valet parking). Parking garage attendant was kind and helpful.

We originally had a reservation for 3 days. We were a late check-in. However when we arrived the first night they were fully booked and had to get us a room at a different hotel. That experience did not go well but the Hilton Boston Back Bay did everything to help us.

Loved the location. It was our first visit to Boston and loved the convenience to Newberry St. and the subway. Nice rooms and great service. Nothing fancy but met all our needs.
