Perfect location in the middle of the historical center, the rooms are quiet and fantastic, furnished only with high end materials (the mattress is one of the best we've ever slept in): amongst all the great feature of this splendid hotel the staff stands out as its flagship, better than many famous 5 stars hotel we've been to. One of the best hotel of Belgium for a good reason: totally recommended.

Staff, location, comfy beds, great food. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff were amazing, in all areas of the hotel the staff were attentive, fun and always making sure we were being liked after. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Service is something you measure, hospitality is something you feel. This was an exceptionally good weekend break, a beautiful hotel with great facilities and service, well done. Thank you to all staff and management for making this a great stay.

Very good hotel with an ideal location in Brussels. The personnel is helpful and welcoming. Nice rooms, but possibly a bit small, I got what they called a luxury room, but ii was still a bit too small for my expectations. Very clean and quiet.

Certain extra are absolutely overpriced (a small bottle of water from the fridge 9€..., the brekfast...).

Location is perfect just few minutes walk to the main sights of the city. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was good but unfortunately I can not say the same about the breakfast. Bar in the hotel is very good also. My request about rooms was fulfilled perfectly.

I didn't like that we had to be in the line for the breakfast and we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get the table. Probably the restaurant is not equipped for so many people that's why we've spent for breakfast more then hour. It is a pity, but I have to say if you want to have a good and fast breakfast it's better to go to the nearest brasserie.

Location is excellent yet quiet in the rooms. Food and bar drinks expensive but normal for location in Brussels. Rooms superb- excellent attention to details and extremely comfortable bed. Feeling of elegance and luxury in the hotel with beautiful furniture and fabrics. Staff helpful pleasant and courteous.

Arrived late and left early but the hotel still left a very good impression. Excellent location with valet parking. Helpful staff and understated rooms. Especially like the nice touch of Tintin posters in the room. The concierge was excellent.

Perfect location for a city stay in Brussels. Close to many restaurants the Grand Place and train station. I have stayed there on 4 occasions now and wouldn't hesitate going back or recommending to anyone. Their Italian restaurant is fantastic

Breakfast was not well organized, there was no waiting line, people came from all sides. Manager was running aimlessly everywhere trying to give directions to his stuff - without understanding how to deal with crowd. Ideally, they should have proper waiting area and ask guests to come one by one to organized tables. Waffles could not be compared to Dandoy. The staff first brought us wrong order and even insisted that we drink Anericano ( seriously why on earth we would switch latte to Americano !) and then forgot to bring latte. After waiting for 15 minutes we had no option but to leave for coffee at Mocafe St Hubert Galleries . From next day onwards we just skipped the breakfast at hotel though it was included in the rate and enjoyed Mocafe.

Great to be so close to the Grand Place, easy to walk so many places. Excellent restaurant and services within the hotel as well as within easy walking distance. Quiet rooms. Hotel provided excellent individual services including noting my birthday from my passport and surprising me with excellent Belgian Chocolate cake unsolicited.

Amazing hotel that exceeded our expectations. Big bed, pillows so comfortable that we have requested to find out where we can get some! Top spec rooms excellent. Step outside the lobby and you are seconds away from the main square.

The hotel is very upscale and extremely classy hotel. The professional staff went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location can not be beat. We were just around the corner from Grand Place.

Location is great, decoration is superb and different from the standard 5 star hotel, service is very much personalised.

It comes with a price: it is more expensive than any other hotel in Brussels!

The location is perfect ! 2 minutes walk to Grande Place, 5 minutes from the train station by foot. The hotel is very stylis. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We used the concierge service to book a restaurant. He met our expectations 100%. We had a wonderful evening.

No coffee facilities in the room which was a real shame. The breakfast was a bit disappointing : the 1st coffee served was cold, the service a bit slow. We thought that it was slightly overpriced.
