Property was right in the heart of fabulous shopping and dining. Loved the property and accommodations. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel in a great location

- the staffs are so friendly - comfy bed, fluffy blanket, clean room - perfect location - nice atmosphere

- old elevator - bathroom floor is easily wet - expensive parking fee -> go to public parking 2 mins from the hotel.. much cheaper.

The location of the hotel is perfect as the walk to the workplace, tourist attractions are so scenic. The views from the room were wonderful. The staff - reception, bar and room service - were pleasant and helpful.

The electric plugs in the rooms were located in the wrong places, making them difficult to access.

The reception staff .. all of them were super nice and helpfull .. It would have been great if the room service guy who answers the phone was as nice as them. The concierge. The room size. The housekeeping were excellent and the room was very clean. The food was good. The location.

No one helped me with luggage in check in and check out i had to bring them and i had a kid so i actually needed help. But in the way out the receptionist called someone to get me a taxi and take my bags to it. In the restaurant there was a really angry waiter whom when I called him to request something talked back to me in their language and it was obvious it wasn't a good thing what he said .. he said it while walking by me without even standing or looking at me it was really rude .. other guests at the restaurant saw this and unfortunately I couldn't understand a word but gladly other waiters were helpfull and nice. Limited orders for room service they only had about 5 options but gladly there were restaurants all around the hotel.

Need much better lighting in the bathrooms. Also, WIFI was poor.

The bed was like a fluff if feathers, soft and cozy.

Basically what you can expect for the price level. Good room, very comfortable bed, professional service personnel. Old town within walking distance. Underground stations very close.

the check-in was extremely slow since they had the wrong name for me - this was probably a Booking-com error. The name the hotel had was John Wilson Clarke (from USA) - while I am John Douglas Clark (from UK). The booking ref. no. was correct, however. But it was frustrating at the end of a long day to have such a delay on checking in

The staff were very helpful and the location is right in the middle of Brussels.

The shower is a bit weird.

The personnel is very accommodating and polite, friendly. And it is located in an area where public transportation will take you anywhere.

Went with a colleague on a business trip. The business center is wonderful, breakfasts and Lunches are very tasty. A nice coffee. Parking is convenient. The staff is polite and courteous.

Would recommend as an excellent base to visit City Centre and the Christmas market and attractions.

Price of extras such as breakfast and drinks were very high.
