Hiccups in a pleasant stay....

Great location, my choice to spoil by partner in Brussels. Beautiful, well equipped room with nice technical features.

I understand the breakfast is difficult to organise during pandemic, but maybe a little extra effort would be appreciated. Eg fruit salad in a bowl with lid, more than one type of fresh bread...

The view was just great. But the room had an issue with the windows and you could feel the wind from outside.

The issue with the window. I suppose the window is broken and does not close correclty. Should be fixed the window. The rest - was just great.

Traveling in COVID times

Rooms are clean and bright, location is perfect to explore Brussels

Due to COVID the executive floor only had limited drinks and no food. Breakfast was very poor and only had old, stale and limited bread chooses. All loose decorations have been taken out of the rooms and rooms are not cleaned on a daily base. All and all a very poor display of innovative COVID measures for handling the situation. I’ve stayed in different, less expensive hotels over summer where there was room for good breakfast, cosy hotel rooms and even swimming pool policies. For such a good hotel they show a lack of innovative thinking on making these difficult times still pleasant ones, a visit during COVID in this hotel is stripped to the bear necessity of having a bed.

The hotel was practical, beautiful, splendid breakfast room with a nice idyllic view. Very clean.

The window glass in our room 8012 were not clean. You say you have a room with a view but then those glasses? They ruin everything. The bathroom was so freaking small, the water went down with a huge strange noise,no toilet brush, and the room door moved each time someone walked in the corridor.

The location is great and the view of the room is unbelievable

The pillows are terrible. Both, my partner and I, woke up with neck pain. When we asked for different pillows, the answer was that they were only for superior rooms. The bathroom is tight and no privacy at all. Water goes out of the shower all around.

-Dirty windows, even in vip lounge where it is quite easy to keep them clean at least there. They have amazing view and it is spoiled by those dirty windows -WiFi was disconnecting all the time -

The location of the property is central and very well located close to several good restaurants, must visited places in the city and of course fancy shops. We booked a junior suit and view is beautiful from the room.

We went there by end of June. We understand that the Hotel needed to put some restrictions due to the covid (wellness being closed, no breakfast buffet,...). But very disappointed by the service: we could be informed that no cleaning service is planned due to the covid, the breakfast in the room includes only cold food (even if repeating twice to the reception that we do not want meat in our breakfast... it was delivered all the time with meat), the Panorama Lounge is also a disappointment - the view is great but except that the Lounge is not confortable - to note that the coffee machine was not working, had to go down to the reception to ask to fix it, few minutes I go back to the Lounge and note that the machine now needed a cleaning.... few staff available in the hotel, poor service in my sense for such an hotel. At the end, we get a discount on a the price for one of the night considering the limited service but we overpaid for what we had/received. Unfortunately, even if due to exceptional circonstance, I won’t be back there.

The view is amazing

One of the staff was impatient and could not speak English very well. Also, when I asked for spoon they told it is not for free!! And their rooms are so tiny.

I like the facility, I like the location, I like this luxury and modern style. Property is clean.

I didn’t like the staff. People were rude and arrogant. I just can’t deal with people who have a poor customer service.

Very good position. Qualified and prepared staff. Breakfast with a lot of choice. Good equipped room with free mini bar (water and juice). Nice spa on the 23th floor.

Was quite central, had a decent breakfast, the possibility of having a late checkout, at 17, for a small fee (25€).

The strong winds caused a lot of noise, the pillows were too soft.

The property is at an okay location and the rooms do have nice views.

Sound insulation needs work, traffic is loud. Many window panels had damage, and I am not sure why management continued to rent out these rooms. Carpet felt dirty, so I wore socks all the time. I also found a little plastic pull tab on the floor a day after I opened the box that it was a part of. There was definitely no vacuuming. WiFi was bad so I didn’t bother using it onsite. Ended up using lots of mobile data.

I won’t be returning. It was my the third or forth time staying at the hotel. The staff was arrogant an not helpful as always. A shame! Won’t be coming back.

Great view over Brussels from our room on the 19th floor. The room was well equipped with a big bed and a long couch. The location of the hotel was very good, the underground is nearby and it was just a little walk to the city center crossing a small park behind the hotel. Special highlight is the the sauna with panoramic view on the 23rd floor.

We did not hear any noise from the street, but we could hear the shower of the room above us. And the air conditioning was causing little noise although it has been switched off.

This hotel is worth going. Top location. Good quality overall.

expected more from the lobby area.

Our room was on the 12th floor, it was really nice with a good view. The room was comfy. They have a gym on site which despite being small, it is enough. The complimentary mini bar was nice.

Parking was full although the hotel claims no reservations are needed. I think if they expect enough guests to come and fill the parking they should at least inform the other guests or request reservation. Also, the room service was a bit slow, we asked for a bottle opener around half an hour before midnight so we can celebrate NYE with a drink, they brought it 15 min after midnight. It was both useless and unnecessary to bring it so late- it is a bottle opener.

breakfast was well below expectations, minibar was poorly refurbished., only contained a few drinks. Panorama bar was not accessible. i was expecting a room between the 20th and 24th floor while we got a less panoramic one at 16th floor.

Air condition was not working in our room. Our room was very cold and we left the hotel early in the morning becuse of room temperature The design of bathroom is not good. Fully open bathroom and there is no lock on the door...

- rooms not very up to a 5* - hotel lobby/bar/spa not very clean - no ashtray in front of the hotel so cigarette buts all over.
