Staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to restaurant..our room was very clean, staff very profesional. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options..good price. We will definitely stay there again if we go back. The location is the best.

We stayed because of an event and it was lovely to see how nice and kind the staff is! Checking in was such a nice experience. When entering the room I could not have a better space for relaxation.The bathroom was fantastic, the room was big and really comfy.

The only thing that put a little negative feeling was the view. I was expecting a bit more when I booked the room facing the river. It was actually facing another house &parking area. So out of 10 I would give 9,5.

View from bedroom over Danube is stunning. Location first class. Staff friendly. Hotel clean. So much to see and visit nearby. Our 4th stay and hope to be back again!

Loved that the property was atop the Buda Hill in the Castle District next to Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church, giving a great view from every spot. Overall the hotel was clean, staff were friendly and facilities were plentiful. Breakfast offered an abundant range and we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting for a few nights

Our stay was great! The view from our room was magical, on the Danube and the parliament. Everything clean. Very nice and pro staff. Great room service.

Great view from our room no need to go outside on such cold season. We even left a purse with a pretty lot of money inside, forgot to remove it from the safe. The hotel reception notified us of it. We managed to return to the hotel the next day, and not a cent has been missing from our purse. This is very extraordinary considering it’s located in Budapest. A strong suggestion.

Lovely location with an amazing view. I have to mention that lovely receptionist who upgraded our room so we had a view on the city. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was too expensive, arrived late and was the wrong order. Plus very disappointing that management did nothing about it. Sad really otherwise I would have given this hotel 10/10

It was amazing stay in Hilton Budapest , the staff was very helpful and very friendly , they helped to organized the Birthday celebration for my partner . Perfect location , great view from the room , room is very nice and clean . The hotel has great design with historical feeling, we enjoyed staying there . Breakfast is very good , food is great . I could recommend for comfort stay in Budapest . We liked everything ! Was wonderful weekend in beautiful Hilton Hotel in Budapest !

Staff went above and beyond. Arranged a delicious birthday cake last minute as well as kindly boxing leftovers. Executive club facilities and food offerings exceeded expectations.

We ended up here very last minute due to our original “hotel” looking more like a run down hostel! We booked the Hilton and arrived 45 minutes later, no issues booking in and the staff were lovely. The room was perfect, comfy bed, ideal size bathroom with everything you might need. The location itself is outstanding! Immediately next to the Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion. Outstanding views from the hotel, Lang restaurant was lovely, breakfast had a wide selection to choose from and again staff always ready to help. I would not hesitate to come back here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made what could have been a dismal city break wonderful for us!

Location and beautiful hotel.

Our welcome was amazing. It was my birthday the following day and after we had settled into our room the management sent up a celebratory cake. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the Danube river.

There is no spa, even tho it says on booking spa etc there is only a sauna, massage is available, there is gym and 4 beds to relax but no actual spa. We chose this hotel because we wanted to spend the New Year’s Eve in a spa hotel. We had a such a great time but the spa was a bit disappointed

The food is great, the rooms are wonderful and clean. Will be staying here again.

The front desk staff is a bit snobby. Some common areas like hallways are a bit tired.

We loved our stay! The rooms are super comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is a must also!

The location was a bit of a pain for us as the hotel is located on the Buda side of the river. Most of the eateries and shops are located on the Pest side. This normally wouldn't be a problem as walking everywhere is easy enough, but with the weather being so cold it was a little difficult.

The location is excellent. We had a view of the Danube from our room. The executive lounge is well stocked and the staff is exceptional. The concierge staff were extremely helpful as well. The fitness center was good as well. We loved our stay at Hilton Budapest.

The Location was perfect , overlooking the parliament. My room view was impeccable. The hotel was not in the center of the city but the area was great & very peaceful, I miss the hotel and the view, would definitely come back again & staying at the hilton

When we asked the concierge where is the grocery since it our first time in budapest he seemed very annoyed and said you are killing me with your question, that surprised me and my family since it was just one question and we just needed directions.

It’s awesome. Cleanliness and comfort were definitely the highs. Breakfast was also brilliant.

It’s a bit far from the center because it’s up near the castle.

Hilton hotels are always nice to stay. The comfort level is nice and the decor met expectations. The staff are courteous and were able to communicate with ease. The room service was very nice and understood my request and catered to it.

The only item I did not like is the fact that the lobby manager stated that I cant add this stay on my hilton honors program.

Location Location. If you are looking for a hotel which is next to the castle then look no further. you can literally walk as it is located within the castle area. Room were clean, Spacious, with a good size bath, and a spectacular view. Staff was very friendly and were trying to help us all the time!! As during our stay we stayed in another 2 5 star hotels, i totally recommend this one

Breakfast is a bit basic for a 5 star hotel. The telephone was not working as well as they had a problem but dialling 0, i was able to order or talk to reception

We got there Saturday and already at 10 in the morning the place was packed with tourists. The hotel itself is situated in the castle area. Spacious rooms, clean and with a breathtaking view. The staff was very friendly and every time we were requesting anything, they were there for us. Thank you also for helping us booking and visiting the baths.

The only thing that i think needs a bit update is the breakfast. For a Hilton i think the breakfast is a bit basic (Don't get me wrong, plenty of choices but a bit basic for a 5 star hotel)

Everything was great..location is amazing, rooms are clean and well designed. Very good private parking service. Also, we have a baby and the hotel tool very good care of us.

Only i would say is dont order the ribeye (its some kind of wierd processed meat) but go for hamburger, fish or something local like the goulash soup. Rest of our stay was perfect.

Both the hotel facilities & room were very clean & comfortable and to standard. The front desk staff were very helpful and to standard for this level of hotel.

Compared to other similarly rated hotels, the buffet breakfast was very, very ordinary. For example it was surprising that there weren’t any toast facilities available for this standard of hotel. I have had better choices st 4 star hotels. The lunch & dinner restaurant menus were very limited with too much emphasis on local dishes and not enough international choices which would be expected for this standard if hotel.

The reception check out it is not a friendly After I paid by cash in Euroclear he dose want to give Me the change back..he want to keep € 45.00 Should not happening with 5 Stars Hillton Hotel. Otherwise Hotel service excellent.

The view from our room was amazing. We could see the Parliament building from our room. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were both very good. The staff were very helpful any time we had questions.

The bed was a little too firm but that is mostly preference. Complimentary public transit maps would have been helpful.

Everything was exceptional -- the staff, food, location. It's right next to the cathedral, so I had a beautiful view onto the church.

Very clean facilities and spacious. Room adequately sized and comfortable. Good selection of breads, cooked food, hams, salad, cereal and fruit for breakfast. Room service menu reasonably priced. Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to make conversation.

Little variation of breakfast in executive lounge (delicious food but gets boring after a couple of days). No espresso machine but only instant coffee in rooms. Coffee machine in executive lounge and not barista made. Some times the wait time is long (10 - 15mins) to get taxi in the mornings but this is pretty usual in Budapest and the staff do have a good process in place so people don't jump the queue.

The place to stay!

You cannot beat the location. This Hilton puts you right in the middle of so much to see and do in Budapest. It’s above the rest, literally! The view from above the city is amazing! I highly highly recommend it.
