Det fanns varken WiFi eller minibar på rummet. De drog en hotellnatt på mitt kreditkort långt innan vistelsen.

Lugnt läge fast ändå centralt. Hyfsat pris.Familjärt utan att vara lågbudget.Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt.Att få räkningen in under dörren sista natten. Saknade minibar -egentligen bara möjligheten att kyla dricka och frukostyoughurten. Lyhördhet.

The hotel was fantastic as well as the staff.It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great recommendations for activities and food. We had the the tasting menu at Mercat restaurant and had some of the best food we ever tasted. We will definitely be staying here the next visit to Chicago!
The room we had was amazing. The view was amazing. The hotel itself was amazing. The lady who checked us in was very very rude, we booked 2 double beds a month I'm advance and she leads to tell me that we did not. We told her that we wanted 2 queen beds and she lies and says there aren't any rooms available with the bed arrangement we want. When I pull out the paper and show her the we had 2 queen beds, she goes to talk to another person and than a room that fits what we wanted magically appears. Other than this ridiculous incident all of the other staff was very very nice. Avoid checking in with the African-American girl with braces.
Great location, clean room, friendly service Food service only began at 6am.
For Chicago Michigan Avenue, the price is good for quality, clean rooms. Yes the room is small but very functional. Large bathrooms and plenty of storage.
Staff promptly covered our mistake of a missing room with a walk-in and helped the family stay together during the vacations!

The room was comfortable and updated. There was an employee who listened to me (Iesha) and displayed professionalism and good customer service when there was a HUGE error in the room reservation on the part of Kayak/Get a Room. Lobby was inviting, The hotel forced me to upgrade my room and pay more per night due to the reservation made through Kayak/Get a Room which did not secure 2 double beds for 4 people. They contract with Kayak but you still need to call the hotel directly to be sure you are receiving the room you requested. Does not make sense to contract if you still need to call them directly. They did not clean the room during the stay unless asked directly.
