Den gemensamma uteplatsen med en helt fantastisk utsikt.
Ett väldigt bra och trevligt hotell med mycket tillmötesgående, vänlig och serviceinriktad personal mitt i stan, dessutom prisvärt!
Absolutely amazing facilities, kind staff, great location, great value for the money! I stayed in the 'unicorn room'- the one with the blue lights- and loved evey moment. The shower might just have been the best part of the amenities (youll have to stay to see...). AMAZING complimentary breakfast provided through a voucher with an adjacent resteraunt. Top notch all the way!! Also, the location in Haifa COULD NOT have been better, right at the foot of the Baha'i Gardens! I liked it all. No complaints whatsoever.
The hotel is located in good location the room was clean and the staff friendly. however the room was a simple 2 star hotel room. I was very disappointed. because for such a room the price was extremely high.
Excellent breakfasts, very clean, great pool, amazing views. Very very small beds and rooms and few commodities in the room, considering the price.
A very comfotrtable hotel with excellent views and very helpful staff.
Honestly nothing about the hotel other than location overlooking Haifa proper and the Mediteranian Stayed in rooms 1212 and 1210. Furniture old, scratched..etc. Dull hotel. Carpets looked dirty and rooms smelled bad. I think hotel reflects very poor value for money.
Very good room, very good breakfast, great view! Nothing, all ok
breakfast room is very small & TV - old-fashioned
We enjoyed the hotel
Utmärkt bemötande, Perfekt frukost buffet .Trevligt område med många restauranger. Nära till city. Nattlivet från gatan kan vara störande.
Fantastisk bra. Bra rum, snygg standard och centralt läge- Motsvarade verkligen våra förväntningar-
Staff were good The description was misleading. It's a hotel for large families on a budget. Cheap food, sparse 'east clean' rooms with old furniture.
The location by the beach was nice. The room was a spacious suite. The beach was nice. The hotel is very tired and needs a renovation. The smell in the lobby and hallways of some disinfectant was horrible. The cleanliness was lacking. The dining room looks like it is from the 50s.During our stay the TV did not work and could not be fixed due to holidays. You could not get a coffee with your dinner. The surrounding area was littered and needed cleanup and sweeping.
The pool is very good.
Apartment very confortable with look to the sea, good breakfast and a good lokation to go to all citys around. I didn't used the swimming pool and fitness instalations.
business lounge was very good;wifi rather weak. elevators long waiing time ; staff using extensively elevators without reagrds for the guests
The view Poor service, low hygiene - dirty, bad & unfreshed food.
The only hotel in Haifa located right on the beach. Very quite room (may be because the hotel was quite empty during our stay, but still). Exellent sea view from the room, good breakfast, helpful stuff. Free undeground parking. Very quite area, nothing but the waves of the sea could be heard from the room at night. The hotel is rather far from the city center with restaurants, bars, tourist sites, etc. However we have had a car with us, so that did not bother us. If you are looking for true 4-stars hotel, this will not be your choice, the room was good and clean, however it definitely requires some renovation. We have stayed by a special offer - 4 nights for a price of 3, that was OK for me, the regular price of $200 per night seems a bit overpriced.
The indoor pool is excellent The telephone in the room did not work most of the time (out of six days)
The see and the beach Oldfashion bathroom
The hotel is not 5 star. By usa standards, it is 3 star. The hallways were not air conditioned, so you step out into a Sauna in the hallway. In general, the appearance of the room was closer to 3 star than 5. Compared to other overpriced hotels in Haifa, I suppose it was still an ok deal. Service was slow to arrive when asked for.
Only Sea View. .. Service is not good enough, including the staff competencies, bath room and breakfast restaurant were dirty, delivery of the luggage from the room to the reception (when we checked out) took around 45 minutes... and we have been obliged to go back to the room, as nobody was in charge of it. Food was not at standard 4 stars hotel level (any fruits juices , any fresh fruits, but a lot of various salty meals for a breakfast.)Any direct access to a beach (as indicated in the hotel description). Hotel needs a general service improvement and refreshment!
Location is really good and it's right next to everything. I got the upgraded room which was very nice with my own bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. This is basic hotel where you can get a good night sleep on a budget. Only 4 parking spaces..In a very cramped space. Yes parking is free but this could become a hustle sometimes during day when other cars park bad or block you.
Amazing staff, and clean facilities. Great price, best price I found In all of Israel for a Hotel room.
i liked the hotel staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was good for going anywhere (beaches, sights, restaurants etc) the shower was right by the bed separated just by a curtain, and wc was in the balcony, one had to dress up in order to go there, the door to the balcony was 5cm above the floor, so at night the room was attacked by gigantic cockroaches, the windows were w/o any screens, so mosquitoes entered freely, and the noise from the street, especially buses, was very annoying
ein schlectes erfarhungen...
Good location, free wifi, balcony. Not sure why so many complained about having a toilet on the balcony - dont see whats the big deal to be honest. the room is very basic, but adequate and clean - what else do u need?
Hotel per hour. Old furniture, rooms need to be repaired, toilet room is on the balcon, no sound proofing at all. Try to find something else in Haifa, do not rent a room there! They charge your credit card for the whole amount (not the first night) as soon as you make booking on the site, so you will never return your money.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was too expensive for what it was, the rooms were not exceptionally clean nor nice facilities for the price. It was fine for 1 night but I would not stay for longer.
Very nice owners who takes good care of the guests. Always clean, quiet, though right in the city core. Could have had two single beds instead of double beds, which gives more flexibility for friends travelling together.
Staff extremely helpful. 1) Room did not have toillet inside, just a shower. This was not mentioned in the add!!! 2) Bring your earplugs. Air con excessively noisy (and does not work properly)
cheapest hotel in haifa (but still expensive) no body can do more
Nothing but the location. I wold suggste to ban it for this site. Almost everything. I stayedin the fifth flour and ther is no elevator and nobody to help you with lugage.
the room, the cleanliness and the privacy. I also had a television, ac, and a balcoy which had beautiful views of the city. there is nothing about this hotel that I actually did not like.
Slitet badrum, men rent.
In addition to all the spag treatments, the hotel is set in the middle of the Carmel Forest with a view of the seai in the distance. The outdoor pool is well heated and large with plenty of lounges and beds outside on the lawn. They recommended signing up for treatments before arrival but never answered phone and did not answer message left on machine.
excellent cuisine relaxing environment no
i like very much the Spa the swimmingpool and the food
Excellent hotel, excellent spa, no kids and gourmet cooking, what more could one ask for .................
The Spa lived up to expectations which were high. Staff are warm, smiley and polite, the location is excellent for rest and relaxation and the food is excellent
It is quiet and luxurious and designed for those having spa treatments, but with many other activities and great food.
The hotel was so relaxing! Loved the treatments and all the food. The service was really good as well.
Ambiance of the hotel.I have stayed at the hotel on several previous trips to Israel and I recommended it to others. I felt hotel was overbooked for the staff it had. The Dinner hours became problematic with seating. The staff seemed to be in a hurry to clear the tables.Certainly very different form my other previous visits to the Spa.I had with me 4 other guests from Canada, who checked out early!! Too bad.
This is a great place - setting is spectacular, facilities are great, activities are varied and nicely done. The whole experience --- almost --- was amazing, and probably a good value despite the very high price (nearly $500 USD for 2 per night, full board). The food was great, nicely presented, good service for the most part, and lots of it. You will not lose weight here. There were some surprises: For one -- drink charges at the meals and lack of coffee or tea with lunch and dinner. I may be the only person in the world who likes my dessert with coffee or tea, but you can't get it here. You have to leave the restaurant and get your coffee in the lobby, one level up, after your meal. Just strange, and a bit annoying. Also, the waiters ask you what you want to drink but do not tell you that a lot of the beverages (like a simple coke or mineral water) are not included in the "full board." So, after you order, get served, and begin drinking, they come with a receipt to sign!!! When I complained, they basically said "tough luck." Strange.
the peace and quite is incredible !!
This was the best hotel of our stay in Israel.
Breakfast included was lavish and tasty and served with warmth in a wonderful open garden room/cafe style. The wallpaper was black with some white flowers - nice but a bit too dark for our taste. The bathroom too, was black which although the lighting was good, it was a dreary feeling. Bathtub had jacuzzi which we do not like, and very narrow, so larger people would have trouble standing in it to shower!
Our room was lovely and the service, food and attention was faublous.
Very nice hotel, good breakfast and restaurant. Hotel did not have bar/sitting area. Only central space was the restaurant. However, this is a guest house, not a hotel so that is not such a surprise.
Quality small boutique hotel in good Haifa location
Friendly and efficient staff. Charming atmosphere. The room was nice but a bit small, especially the bath, but for a simple stop en route north it was satisfactory.
Location, wife and I walked to Bahai Gardens, rooftop jaccuzzi and food quality; No Local beers!
Spa like, country style room with modern conveniences
Attentive staff. Nice to be in a smaller, boutique hotel with amenities.
I liked the location and the personal touch of the team.
Staff are really helpful, room was clean, place presented well, good breakfast included. Wifi only on two bottom floors and closest shops about 1,5k away. For rpice good value.
Let's start at the bottom. When you arrive the ramp to the reception area is blocked off so you can either hump your luggage up the ramp or a long flight of steep steps. The hotel offers only a paltry breakfast and nothing else food wise. They will if you request order take out from a locale fast food restaurant. While the lobby was updated the rooms were not. They look like something out of a cheaters motel. The carpet was torn and heavily stained, actually coming away from the walls. In the showers there is a towel warmer however it is not connected to the electrical service and is rusted along with the grommets on the shower curtain. You will get only one sheet on your mattress, no mattress cover is provided.
The guy at the reception didn't speak any Englsih so I had to ask people outside about the safe parking place.
The staff was helpful. The rooms were not clean, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, there was a light from outside which shined directly into our room. The location was hard to find, and not conveniently located to anything. The free breakfast was not good at all.
The room was large, the facilities looked good (including jaccuzi in the garden, etc.). The breakfast service was very pleasant with a large choice of food. The location is definitely not a good one for a city trip as it took us more than an hour to walk to the city center (this also has something to do with the hilly landscape of the city, Haifa, itself). Also, don't put your money on public transport, as buses often don't run. In addition, the bedding wasn't clean, which I suppose was the biggest minus of the room.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; this is a step up front usual Israeli hotel staff many of which do not understand the concept of customer service. Israeli hotels, especially outside of Tel Aviv are still grappling with this concept. Same for retail and food stores. Unfortunately, Israel is great at building things but very poor at maintaining them. The Crowne Plaza is typical was built but 15 years ago and is already starting to look shoddy around the edges. We noticed that mold is starting to appear, especially in the bathrooms, and the wood trim is beginning to rot away; Haifa can be quite humid during certain times of the year. Also, the hotels A/C is either on or off, no temperature settings other than 4 settings indicating warmer or colder; after that is just stays on blowing. Friends of ours stayed at a competing Dan hotel, but the situation is the same. They characterized it as a "tired" Hyatt.
