clean room was very small.decor a bit dated- nineties style
Very quiet hotel, clean and friendly The rooms were very warm they could seriously do with some airconditioning
The price and the local area was ok The room and hotel itself is a little out dated and could use some up keeping
The hotel was clean and fresh with ample parking underground with easy access. The staff were very informing and pleasant with myself and my fiance, mother and her friend. I like casinos and so to find the card at reception for the €20 bet was great. The king size bed was luxuriously comfortable. When I arrived there was nowhere I could park my car in front of the hotel to check in and find out that there was ample parking underground. I had to park quite a walk away, myself and the other 3 people in my party had to struggle all that way with our bags. After settling my mom and her friend in their 393rd floor room myself and my fiance decided to walk down the one flight to our room on the 2nd floor. When we got out into the fire escape we could not get back in until we walked all the way to the ground floor. Both of us suffer with bad knees through sporting injuries and I'm only glad it was me and not my 70 year old mom and friend. There was no indication on the door saying there would be no re entry on this staircase only that it was a staircase. It was also filthy and had dead bugs on the surfaces under the stairs. The casino card was not offered, I had to find it for myself. The pillows on the bed were flat and rock hard in stark contrast to the bed itself. There was a party for someone at the hotel on the 2nd night of our stay and kept everyone in my party awake until after 4pm. They were drunkenly singing wholeheartedly outside the hotel and this wasn't stopped by any of your staff. The restaurant was very nice, but offered no simple Irish food for what we had come to Ireland to sample. Thai being the option just outside the hotel...so google and a drive to the rescue to help us find something "Irish" in Ireland.
Don't be fooled by the 4* category. The furniture in the bedroom was damaged and falling apart. No air conditioning. Bathroom was good though.
It was a pleasant very short stay and the sheets were clean, toiletries were provided as was tea and coffee. We didn't ask for more than that :)
This hotel is in a nice area called Tallaght which is about 45 mins from the airport. Marketed as an airport hotel but far from airport and very far from city center. However, in a good area with parks and mall and movies. Tram is near to ride into city.
nothing its was noisy the garda had to be called people were drunk all over the place everything
Leaving it! Unfriendly receptionist, heating in room uncontrollabale, old battered and dated furniture in the room. Worn and torn carpet along the corridors. Bed extremly uncomfortable...a great home for fleas! We both spent the whole night and next day scratching! Disgrace for a suppossed 4 star hotel! Met with " well what do you want me to do about it" attitude when we complained the next morning.Never again
Most comfortable hotel I have stayed in over last number of years. Very relaxing and enjoyable break No
attended a party at a local club no late bar for residents
The food in the attached bar was excellent. It is so near the tram stop it makes visiting the city very easy. They covered the parking fee also.
