Hotellet är perfekt beläget och tyst, och vårt rum var väl utrustat. Steve i receptionen var fantastisk. Han var mycket hjälpsam. Han såg till att allt från hotellet och parkeringen var välsorterat. Mer ingående förbluffande kunskap om Portugal, platser till lära sig och delar av en detaljerad historia. Utöver det hjälpte han till att hitta matställen som till och med hjälpte till att boka bord åt oss på ett av de mest upptagna ställena (vilket i sig var en utmärkt rekommendation).

The situation is that my booking was non-refundable. However, since due to COVID 19, it is clear that I wasn't in this hotel and the hosts did not return the money, although no one is traveling anywhere due to the virus. However, the hosts offered to stay in the room sometime later for the same conditions and price. Thanks for it. So I hope all will be well in the future.
I hope the property has higher than rate 9, but sorry, I can't evaluate from distance.

The location was great,close to the attractions. The building is modern with an elevator and a rooftop to see the surroundings. Quiet area and next the mall that had a cheap buffet.
Whoever cleaned our room went into my husbands wallet and took $250 dollars. He should have hidden it but we didn’t expect anyone to come in to the room. The help should be trustworthy when working with tourists. We were disappointed to be in such a holy place.

The person who did our check in was totally unprofessional and she was completely scared about travelers (corona virus). She was completely amateur.
