We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was very comfortable, stylish and really spacious. Fatima, Abdul and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and they all went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location is great and on the edge of the Medina. We particularly enjoyed the hammam and massage on the premises, as well as the lovely tagine dinner. We would definitely stay at Riad Zamane again and recommend it most highly.

We did have a wonderful stay in this riad; great location, and super friendly staff. the breakfast is delicious and the rooms were clean and beautiful. We took a guide recommended by the hotel, and we had an amazing tour, highly recommended.

The room itself was absolutely stunning. We had the junior suite on the roof and it was so comfortable and beautifully decorated
1. we asked for espresso on out third day of breakfast because the coffee is essentially flavoured water. There is an espresso machine in the reception and we were told there would be a charge. For €90 a night I would expect one proper espresso 2. upon payment we were only told that our first night could be paid for via card (we booked this on booking.com and then stayed two nights by agreeing verbally). We had to walk 15 min for an aTM and then she gave us an inflated exchange rate on the stay from euro to Moroccan d and said „this is the rate of booking.com“ but didn’t make sense that we couldn’t pay in card? That really bothered us given it was almost a 10 Euro difference in FX 3. dinner is really overpriced, better off going to the Ruined Garden
