Dina and Demetris where extremely helpful arranging a few excursions for us. They're recommendations for restaurants were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was good

The view from the hotel is priceless, and the location is very convenient for sightseeing both in Fira and on Santorini as the hotel is easy walking distance from the bus terminus.

The stairs!! The stairs are the price you must pay for the view and location. My room was on the breakfast terrace which is about half way between the top of the hotel (at street level) and the bottom of the hotel. There were more than 40 steps (which are uneven and sloping) between my room and the street, so you MUST be prepared for this if you are going to stay in this part of Santorini.
