På bookings sida sa att det skulle vara dubbelsäng men det var 2 separata sängar. Jag var tvungen att säga till för att få rummet städat. Badrummet var slitet och doftade illa med droppande kranar.

The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was served in one of their conference rooms for some reason. Small room, full of people, variety of food not good. Location was good, but there is major construction in front of the hotel. Rooms are outdated, mattress was in bad condition.

Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn't go back. This hotel is not at all a 4 star if you consider international standards, so do not expect trained staff or a pleasant service. They were smiley and trying, but everything was a pointless struggle. The beach towels would run out, the cleaning lady might have arranged your room or not. One day we arrived from the beach at 4 PM and the room was still not cleaned. When we asked at the front desk, they told that if we wanted our room to be cleaned earlier, we had to ask for it, as if this is was the most normal thing to do. I booked a triple room, which was definitely not the size of a triple room. It was a double room with an extra tiny bed, though I paid for a triple room. After more than one hour trying to convince the staff, I gave up. The 3 of us were squeezed for 5 days, barely able to move around. The swimming pool is a disaster. Absolutely the last place you want to be. There is a tasteless fake waterfall and it's indoors in a small courtyard, so it is very loud and feels enclosed. The restaurant/bar in the patio is nice. The service is good, the food is fair and the waiters are kind. There is a loud live music every evening, but it is probably part of the local culture. This was the place where I spent most of my hotel time, because the room was a shoebox, the swimming pool was unbearable and the front beach is highly polluted (and I only got to know about it after arrival).
