Loved the peaceful and historic atmosphere.

Just about everything! Very friendly professional staff. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable the whole time.
The Cocktail Bar! Poor lighting. Not welcoming or cosy! Great music, but atmosphere lacking, so nobody happy to spend time there! Could be fabulous with a few changes!

Location great / unique Hotel is confortable and has all which is needed Staff is very nice Spa / jacuzzi is very nice
Restaurant Villa xxx was not good at all - both of us had a very bad experience (not a cheap one either) Restaurant willam was good but not sure about the one star rating The hotel is a bit old / lacking investment. I understand the need to maintain the history, but there must be a better way to make it more modern while maintaining the legacy / ancien character

Good real/old fashion luxury & service that seems to be disappearing on luxury hotels. It has top service, extraordinary comfort and top amenities. Also, great outdoor areas, swimming pools and ocean access. The front desk staff goes far & beyond to please your needs (a special thanks to the lady called Alice - if I recall her name correctly).
Swimming pool staff unfortunately not very pleasant.
