Lato Boutique Hotel

Det märktes att det var ett lyxigare hotell, personalen var suverän och rummet var fantastiskt fräscht och modernt! Vi kunde inte ha önskat oss en bättre kväll samt morgon! Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka

Servicen var bra. Gratis parkering i centrala Heraklion!

Inredningen är konstig. Handdukarna var gamla (men rena).

Lite självmedvetet överdesignat

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and balcony view was fabulous. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay... amazing selection of Cretan and Mediterranean dishes! I’ll be thinking about that breakfast for a long time. Also cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel. Everyone that we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed everything that Crete had to offer for the short time we were on the island. One of the front desk receptionists (apologies I did not get her name) arranged for a taxi to take us to nearby villages and Knossos for a day trip for a very fair price. We received excellent recommendations from the front desk staff throughout our stay and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a car one day and all we had to do was inform the hotel when we arrived and they had someone park our car for us... no extra fee for this service. An overall positive and pleasant experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Heraklion.

Just a few things for me personally that probably will not apply to all guests however I world have liked to have lotion as a part of the toiletries available. Also, the shower pressure was not strong enough for my standards.
