Elite Hotel Kücükyali is a nice Hotel, Friendly Front Office Staff, but its to far from the City Center.
Good location, able staff, friendly atmosphere. Parking facility should allow more freedom to customer; valet parking is good but mentally prohibits customer from frequent coming in and out; physical condition of some rooms may need serious overhauling; breakfast menu excludes orange juice-great disappointment for most customers I'm sure. Somehow I had the feeling that the management should make itself a little bit more visible/perceptible in running the affairs in a first- handed manner occasionally.
People at the reception are very nice with customers , hotel service is silent and rooms are good space and modern Mini bar is expensive ...
Railway noise all day...
The rooftop pool is beautiful with a great view. The concierge service was outstanding: very helpful and knowledgeable. Great breakfast.
everything was perfect and good value for money. i found more than my expectations, our room was good decorated and clean. i didn't see anything negative.
Close to Bagdat Cadessi Close to train lines so its very noisy
I loved the staff they were very helpful and supportive. The room was clean. The carpet was very warn. There was dust in the coffee mugs left in the room for customers to use.
It is a really good hotel , staff is nice and very helpful . Rooms are clean Price is really so expensive , prices change fastly . It is not the first time that I come , but this time I paid about 320€ for 3 nights ...
Hotel is general is very good for the price, breakfast is great. Location is awful, nothing around, industrial area. Walk to the sea is not far (500 m), but along an ugly busy road.
the breakfast was nice. the hotel inside too old and needs refurbished. the hotel on the web site classified as 5 star hotel but no where near it. too far from the city centre. the furniture too weary and old. the bed not confortable
it is not what a 5 star hotel should be.poor decoration and in need of a renovation. The area is industrial and ugly.
the air-conditioning system was very poor..
Bad smell in room 504, moisty smell, water was leaking from the bad
rooms are big. comon places are good. breakfest is good. bed is low and unconfortable, room furnitures are old
Good premises, fine room, auxiliary staff friendly. Staff at reception desk looks overburdened, valet parking failing badly due to garage repair works and lack of adequate staff; reception desk personnel needs to be more courteous to customers despite apparent overload of work; there is no excuse for sullen faces, puffs or derisive remarks while serving customers.
It's really simple and fast. Giving out my credit card data does not give me a secure feeling overall. I don't even know if it's recorded in a database.
The rooms were kept clean and the rooms are big. Also the hotel is really close to the mean road and a bus station, so it is easy accessible. Hardly any of the staff could speak English. Also the computers were not well kept.
The staff speak poor english
A solid 4 stars; Good restaurant; Good service Air conditioning could be stronger
good location, in the center, there is no business center but you can get loptop from reception with no extras just given deposit while you are using.large and comfortable rooms. I had a standart room but there was a jacuzi. definetly recommended. 5* service and standarts.
All in all a great hotel. Very clean rooms and the staff was really good. The room was big and very comfortable. Located on Bagdat Caddesi, with good connections via minibuses. I would not hesitate to stay there agian, and the hotel is top of my list on the anatolian side of Istanbul. Would be better, if it was located on the more exclusive part of Bagdat Caddesi, but then again, the price would be 3 x what it was. This is not a negative remark.
Our stay in this hotel was above expectations. Everything was great, tha room was incredible. I would definitely will stay again here if I will have the opportunity.
Clean and tidy Not many staff spoke english which is a problem for international travellers. No english channels on television. Very boring
rooms are large and comfortable. staff are also so helpfull. food was gorgeous in Bistro. best thing is hotel is in center easy to reach to the hotel and shopping malls. fıtness might have larger but enough to work out and relaxing(sauna, massage and turkish bath.)
service and staff breakfast was every morning the same, i would make suggestion to make it different every morning.
The room was large and remodeled. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed there because it was only 30 minutes from the alternative airport (Sabiha Goecken). If you are on vacation in Istanbul, this is not the right location. It's great if you want to be on the Asian side, but it is quite a distance from Old Town Istanbul. It's probably more for the business traveler needing to be on the Asian side. The neighborhood is not an area where you can walk around at night. No services around.
We stayed at the Arca Suite Hotel for our last night in Istanbul to be closer for our return journey home via the Sabiha Gokcen Airport. My husband comes from Istanbul and when he got directions to this hotel he looked worried and said that it was in a bad area! When we eventually found the hotel (it was amongst a lot of trucker delivery depots) and walked in, it was like an oasis in a desert!
