Room was big

We had to make at least 10 visits to reception before we got settled.First couldn't find room sign did not show our room number and our room was accessed via a patio window across a ramp but no signage no key for light 5 trips for remote for air conditioning and then no towels until 20.30.We were on a very short visit to Jerez and it was spoilt by the problems encountered

Hard beds. Old and tatty decor. No towels in bathroom. No lights on stairs at night. Wifi not working.

Everything.

I liked the location of the hotel

We had cockroaches in our hotel room and they were all over the lobby.

NOTHING!!!!

The pictures on the web site are nothing like the rooms themselfs. The parking is a nightmare.. even Lewis Hamilton would struggle to park in the underground car park.. the noise from other rooms was unbearable complaints every night... DO NOT BOOK HERE

The day we left

Breakfast was very limited,air con did not work,bedside lights did not work,person on reception asleep,furniture in bedroom falling to pieces. We left a day earlier than the end of our stay because we could not put up with it any longer

Location was fine - between station and main square

No glasses in the room No shower curtain so the bathroom needed mopping after each shower Poor breakfast choice - first day no-one there to help, no milk for cereal Door lock didn't work easily - needed to lift door to get it close. (Staff had little English - not such a big criticism)

Location was great, next to a beautiful square with amazing restaurants.

The room was ok and all was ok for a 3 star hotel, unfortunately the room smelled like rotten eggs probaly because of old bathroom pipes.

The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit the wineries and city center this is a great location.

This hotel is falling apart. First room bathroom smelt like sewage and AC did not work. I asked to change. Second room the pillows smelt so bad, like old sweaty man. Carpets are stained and the walls are so thin, you can hear everything. Not worth the $150 euro per night I spent.

Understaffed. No air conditioning in first room so after one day got moved and air conditioning wouldn’t turn off!! Waited over an hour for the manager to find a remote control The whole place smelled of cleaning fluid No tea and coffee making facilities

Location was good- reception staff were friendly.

Arrived @ around 9.30 pm so did quick bag drop in room and headed out for some food. Noticed sink in the bathroom was filthy. On my return I said it to the receptionist and asked him to accompany me to my room. He proceeded to clean the sink and I went to the bed (which was made up) to find crumbs and dirty sheets. The floor hadn’t been swept. I swept the floor and made the bed. The receptionist was apologetic which I didn’t push him on as cleaning the room isn’t his job. The room cost 79 Euro for the night - I knew it would be very basic which I had expected but to make up a bed and offer this room to someone was just not acceptable. I didn’t have breakfast the next morning but my partner did (as it was included in the price) and there was no coffee and badly ran. The hotel room as very badly lit - like you could hardly see your face in the mirrors even in the bathroom.

Room dimly lit, light in the bathroom buzzed continually.Carpet in corridor was stained and dirty. Breakfast was awful - nothing cooked, ran out of orange juice by 08.30am and the guy on reception was doing tea and coffee so an unattended breakfast room.

Location was good, The girl on reception was nice when we checked in (not the man when we checked out though), Parking was fairly cheap.

Almost all things. The rooms was not ok, no hanger, missing light, and the carpet outside the room was very dirty.

Leaving.

Everything, there was a protest people braking the glass and screaming with microfone for days because the staff didnt get paid, worst experience ever.

I cannot really comment on this hotel because, after booking it I then read the reviews. We booked it because of the 9.6 rating on booking.com - only to find out that this related only to its location. The reviews of the rooms were dreadful. We decided to just forgo the cost of the room and stay elsewhere.

We booked on site parking but only after we received confirmation we were informed the parking was only suitable for small cars so we had to park our large 4wd on the street. Breakfast was very basic and of poor quality. Curtains rails were hanging off the wall. No toilet brushes provided. Public toilets were very unclean. Carpets in corridors very worn and heavily stained. Upon checking out we encountered a small street protest by the hotel staff. Seems they hadn't been paid for six months.

Only the lovation. I give this hotel only one Star for the location

The Parking ist too small Breakfast was very poor and the Tables were not clean. The bed war very very very bad and was not stable

The position of the hotel is perfect(It is in the middle of the historical centre of Jerez). However, the check-in was super late at 6,30pm instead of 2,30pm and so we had to walk under the sun for 4 h in order to wait for our room. In addition, the cleanliness was less than average. We found the bathroom superficially cleaned. Overall, if you don’t expect much it is nice for one night stand.

Bad service. Place was half under construction *and* dirty.

The location was convenient to things we wanted to see.

The room smelt like smoke. The bedroom was small compared to what it looked like online. The hallways were dark. The cost was expensive. We changed to a different room with no smoke smell.

Location only short walk to main square, Staff pleasant. Peaceful at back of hotel with mini balcony.

The basics are not right..ie no mattress protectors, dirty looking shower curtains (mold on bottom), cracked sink, toilet in wrong position , couldn't get legs between toilet and bath sitting down...

Ok hotel for a couple og nights. Public rooms awfully colours and quite worn out. Halls dirty. A " tired" hotel, but value for money as it was cheap.
