Just what one would expect from a quality place. Impressive decor, very clean place. The staff was very friendly and eager to serve. I will stay there again for sure!!

Due to COVID, we got pre-packed breakfast which was ok but didn't make for a hot one. We could choose a sandwich, fruit, yogurt, healthy snack

I love this location, as it's very close to everywhere i go every time we visit. No worries about getting lost.

It was nice to have the complimentary breakfast, but it would've been nice to have a fresh apple instead of the slices, too many chemicals.

Everything was great. It was nice to stay in a clean place with the coronavirus issue going on. Hope at front desk was very friendly. The girl at front desk in morning was very pleasant also.. did not get her name unfortunately. We ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was delicious. Keep up the good work.

Breakfast is superb. The attached Restaurant, Pasto's Grill is really god eating, too. The Staff is friendly and very responsive.

The staff was great. She made sure I had a full cup of coffee. I had scrambled eggs and a gluten free piece of bread, which wasn't very good, but at least it was available.

Nice quiet location a few kilometers outside of London Ontario. For our purposes it was very practical along our route to Québec City. Breakfast was served in the fancy restaurant

I liked the staff and the room very much. The bed was very comfortable.

I hated the shower. I am 1.80 and the shower was too small for me.

The man who checked us in was very accommodating. He explained that the dining room was closed so staff could spend time with their families over Christmas and then he actually got some creamers from the kitchen so I could have them with oatmeal. He didn’t rush us at all when checking in....even though there was someone waiting. Very personable and professional.

Everything was perfect but have to admit I did go to the car to get a flatter pillow.

This place was great. Desk staff was so kind, helped us with literally anything we asked. Made us feel so welcome! Would stay again for sure. TV was sort of weird though, couldn’t get it to work properly.

The breakfast is soooo much better than most … an actual sit down in a lovely restaurant buffet with table service....What a treat. These folk are friendly and treat you like a special guest.

There was a drunk man pounding on a nearby room and was swearing loudly in the hallway. He seemed connected to the woman next to us who also did some yelling in the hall.

I've had the "free" breakfasts at other hotels and they're normally continental which is fine. This was full service and the staff were so on point. Definitely a great find and not just another hotel by the highway ☺️

Breakfast was good, the hotel was very clean, recently renovated.

In the evening outside there was a strong smell of manure from the nearest farm. However, inside everything was ok.

The front desk woman checking me in was lovely.

Everything you would expect from a Best Western, except for the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations and had more options than such chain-hotel breakfasts usually do. The hotel itself is located conveniently just off the highway, but otherwise in the middle of nowhere.

The breakfast was sub par and only had one staff working. She did her very best to keep up but it was busy. Food was cold and took way too long to get coffee.

Walked in room and first impression was 2 thumbs up. King mattress and pillows were so comfortable to sleep on.

I have stayed several times at this hotel. As always, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and nice for sleeping. The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and polite. They have a good complimentary breakfast. Very fast check in and check out. Price was good.

The beds were large and comfortable. The room temperature was maintained at a comfort level, particularly as humidity and temperatures outside were very high. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping rooms clean and neat. Burned out light in bathroom was repaired promptly. Good and reasonably priced room service.

The breakfast buffet was a bit dry. Drinks offering was very good.

Even though the hotel is in a somewhat remote location, it met my needs for an overnight. Very clean and good size room. Also the adjacent Italian restaurant did a great job for dinner and the free buffet breakfast.

The customer service and the breakfast are excellent.

When we packed up to leave, we checked under the beds to make sure that we had everything we had brought with us. . Under the beds we found a large blue pill and a jar of Vaseline, Underneath the beds don't seem to be getting cleaned by housekeeping. Also, the lamp shade was dirty and covered with dust. The TV is too high up, causing neck to get sore.

The hotel was new, clean and laid out well. The staff took care of us very well. The location was a ways out and isolated but close to the freeway and that was perfect for travelers. I would recommend this hotel to others. The price was right.

A couple of outlets not working... it is a bit of a hike from the downtown of London.
