Staff very friendly, clean facility, comfy beds. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Great location, close to university hospital

Check in was smooth sailing and my My room was beautiful. I took advantage of the slippers immediately. I had to pay $52 for parking for 2 nights. There was an elevator in the parking garage which was nice.

- The shower was not cleaned there was small black hairs, many of them. - My room had 2 beds. On the second night I was going to sleep in the 2nd bed.. but when I pulled the blankets down, the fitted sheet was clearly dirty. - I had to pay $52 for parking for 2 nights

The room was amazing, very big and spacious! Very clean in the hotel in general. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again!

The room we stayed in was beautiful. I especially like the underground parking with elevators that took us to our floor right from the underground parking garage.

I would prefer for breakfast to start at least by 7:00, due to our schedule we did not have time to stay for breakfast.

The bagged breakfast (COVID inspired) was not good for several reasons. There should be a list of choices handed out on check in as to what will be in the bag. Our toothless half would have been able to eat a banana, but not the included apple. The same half can’t tolerate yogurt. Chocolate covered granola bars are not breakfast items. Cheap white flour muffins are not at all inspiring to us either. We know COVID has caused this change; in the past we enjoyed the breakfasts here. Still, it could be better.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I called a few days prior to the reservation and I was helped with all the questions I had. Standard one bedroom room had lots of space.

Wish I would've known that there was a separate charge for parking. I didn't see it when I booked online but it's possible that I missed it.

Location was great. We just wanted a weekend away to chill and the location allowed us to explore London by foot and go to Victoria park and cafes for breaksfast since theirs is closed due to covid

Parking price is incredibly expensive, and a hidden cost to me. I didn’t expect it and at $26/night in increased our stay price by a lot.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She recommended us a fantastic Greek restaurant and gave great advice about parking!

The carpets in the bedroom were spotted but I guess, we could live with that. And I suppose, the shower cup wouldn't go amiss.

Wonderful rooms, close to downtown...

All rooms were comfortable and exceeded our expectation. Also, we liked the Parking that was close to the hotel.

We thought the accommodation was a little pricey. Also, we did not like the breakfast very much, we would have liked a little more variety e.g. eggs, toasts, cereals etc.

The layout of the room as well as the smell in the lobby.

There was crumbs and dirt on the floors, my daughter and I had to move the couch a little bit, and it was dirty.

Very roomy, comfortable suite. Breakfast is good, the situation on Richmont street perfect. ... and the garage is just below the hotel. There are many restaurants in less than 10 min to walk.

Perfect accommodations if traveling with family

We hadn't stayed here since the renovations until now and we were very impressed. The rooms were comfortable, updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great .. wasn’t to happy about the added fees when I got my bill . But all in all , we were pleased

the only complaint was the breakfast bar had not been restocked at 9:10, even though it was not to end until 9:30.

A Must Stay Place

In town to visit family and the separate living area in our room provided a great place for us to all gather before and after dinner. The entire suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had great healthy choices. All the staff were very friendly. The location is great and walking distance to some fabulous eateries. Would definitely return.
