Nice hotel and staff and just a few stations away from the city centre.
Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was very small and beds were on wheels and move every time i moved in it
At least, I enjoyed watching the football worldcup semi-finals between Spain and Germany which was won by the former. The hotel room was a bit cramped and the room airconditioning was not working well.
nearness to where I needed to be. price no
good location and clean, good value for money
Good clean room with excellent bed and good bathroom. Nice simple breakfast
it offered what I required. Comfort and cleanliness.
The location and the silence. The Internet was broken during all my stay and no alterative was presented. The breakfast is too simple. I felt unconfortable with the fact I had to pay in advance all the stay.
I could not believe that I couldn't get an iron and ironing board. I had to go to a meeting with a crumpled shirt. The couldn't be less helpful.
The shower was about the only thing I would say I enjoyed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, Was a lot of noise from the main road all night even with window closed and shutter down. Room was very small for 2 people, it was lucky it was only 1 night and we did not have much luggage with us. Found staff to be rude and did not get a single smile, hello or thank you from any of the staff!!
location is great, close to center and easy to get out to airport. beds are small, rooms are small but you get what you pay for.
Super friendy and super helpful staff, and would stay there again if in Madrid.
noise: on main through street; wall-to-wall with gym (classes start at 5:30am)
It was a clean, competent (small) hotel with modern fixtures. It felt and smelt relatively new, and everything was clean including the bathroom. It was very close to the Valdeacederas metro station and within easy walking distance of Plaza de la Castilla. It was also possible to walk to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium to view the UEFA Champions League Final. In addition, it was not in a very touristy part of Madrid, which meant that we could experience some local cervecerias alongside real madrilenos--a glimpse into the life of an everyday citizen, at very reasonable prices. Rooms were quiet and easy to sleep in. The staff were helpful and spoke functional English. The hotel was good value for money! I wish that Internet access was free and I wish it was wireless. (It is wired, and 6 EUR per 24 hours). After four days (I was able to extend the stay), the bed began to feel a little too soft, but overall it was a good experience.
Very very clean. Well situated. Good breakfast. Friendly Staff. Everything was as described in your site.
Staff very kind and always available. They speak english fluently and, in some case, also italian. Prices are cheap, room is fine and neighborhood is not so noisy. Hotel is near to metro stations and is quite easy to reach center. Breakfast is really too poor. Even if it is easy to reach center, there is only one metro line useful for the trip center-hotel. During the night this metro line was closing for works so it was quite long and annoying reaching hotel by bus (often we had to catch a taxi, tired for waiting a night bus).
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although a little way out of the city the excellent transport system makes it accessible. Can be a bit noisy at times.
Very comftarble, A/C available, very modern
Excellent staff, especially Inez, very helpful understood our situation and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. Its a very good location too for tourists as Sol (main town centre) is only 15 minutes journey by tube.
