The helpfulness of the staff.
the rooms were clean, the staff helpful and polite.
Good location for access to city centre via public transport I would like to visit again but this time with my kids, however the pub next door was only average and did appear to be more suitable for adults
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and made us feel welcome.Location for the tram is fairly good and taxi to centre costs £7.00. Really desperately needs updating, room tatty and bathroom from the 70's. Not a patch on the many other premier inns we have stayed in which are alot newer than Heaton Park.
The best thing about my stay at the hotel was definately Becci the receptionist on duty when I arrived. In my opinion she was extremely helpful when I asked for an extension lead to use with my CPAP machine in so far as that she rang round both the hotel and the beefeater restaurant to find me one. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a log! The breakfast on the morning was also excellent and left me feeling full and sated.
it was central to where i was visiting the beds were uncomfartable had to ask for the tv to be fixed 4 times and the noise from the traffic woke us very early in the morning and it was very expensive for the room we got could of got cheaper when looking around at the airport or in the city center
I have stayed at premier inns on numerous occasions and you usually know what you are getting. They were rennovvationg we were intoxicated all night with paint fumes and could not mive due to the hotel being full. The windows never open so Premier Inns never allow fresh air in to the rooms
Very handy for Manchester Feel that there should be rooms for smokers
Extremely helpful receptionist who having been unable to book me into a Premier Inn (Macclesfield North & South) for following night. Rang around and found alternative accommodation on her own initiative. Good breakfast Route from front of hotel via openair walkway to the rear entrance of restaurant would benefit from becoming a 'covered way'. (I got quite wet during heavy rain). Alternative solution would be to have access via front door of restaurant
