Right on the beach and next door to the Versace mansion. This hotel is spotless! You can even smell the cleanness! Chantel from housekeeping took great care of our room, was very personable, and made us feel like she was there just for us which made our stay all the more amazing. The room was completely updated and decorated nicely with a stocked fridge, bar and even had an espresso machine. The front desk staff was accommodating and even called our room to see if we needed anything. The pool area was private and relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. This is the only hotel I will ever book when I’m in South Beach.

The hotel was clean, had a very good scent in the main area, the stuff was always nice. The room was very clean, the location is fantastic. I had a room with bath tub and shower, with ocean view balcony, for the price paid I think it was really worth it. I will definitely be back.

It met or exceed expectations on all levels. The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with any question asked or service needed, i.e. bikes, beach chairs, towels, etc

Loved the bed, it was really comfortable. The bath was the best part of my stay. It was huge and really spacious.

They provide a wonderful assortment of snacks/drinks in the room but they were extremely over priced so I did not purchase anything.

Everyone was vary nice, stayed here for my birthday and they sent up a completely bottle of Champagne. I will definitely come back.

Escape to Miami Beach

I loved everything. My room was perfect, especially the infinity tub (it's noisy but worth it), the view sublime, the hotel's restaurant breakfast was fantastic!

Not much I didn't like. Everything was beautiful but you can tell that if not properly maintained the facility will start to look rough on the edges, like everything will started to look worn. The pool was a disappointment but with the ocean being right there, didn't matter.

Staff is very friendly! I highly recommend getting the king room at poolside so you can come and go as you please from your room to the pool! Great view with the lounge chairs in the morning drinking coffee and watching the activity on Ocean Drive! Stayed at a different hotel the next night I was very disappointed and realized we should’ve just stayed at hotel Victor! Will for sure be back if we come to Miami!

Only downside is parking is hard in South Beach and their valet is quite pricey per night.

Nice hotel with great location. We upgraded room with small balcony. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Right next to Versace Mansion where we ate at their beautiful restaurant when a tropical storm blew in. Hotel provides complimentary bikes, umbrellas, beach towels and chairs.

Everything including the location front staff was wonderful any issues I had were solve immediately. Management is wonderful and very helpful.💚💚I would def stay again when I return to Miami.

Perfect location right on the beach, a beautiful Art Deco building in the historic Art Deco strip on ocean drive, the king suite room was incredible if you want to splurge! Staff was very helpful and sweet! Special thanks to Cristina, Dania, Mike, Nikita, and Guerrine for their warmth and attentiveness! The pool was beautiful and fun because you can watch passerby on the street there. But the ocean just in front is even better and the hotel offers free beach chair rentals and towels, etc.

It was unfortunate that the restaraunts and bars and sauna wasn’t open due to COVID renovations and such, and so the complimentary breakfast that our room came with was OK. Not worth paying for but definitely sufficient if your booking includes it!

Gym had great equipment, supplies, TV and not crowded. Staff was exceptional. Bikes available 24/7. Hotel Location and Pool location was perfect. Nice touch with daily coffee, fruit and unlimited water bottles.

No breakfast served due to covid. They provided chairs and towels for the beach. In addition, bikes were made available.

The first night they had guest that apparently had a birthday celebration. The young adults were a bit noisy but the hotel staff did ask them to tone it down, which they did.

I would have liked to be able to open the windows in my room. Also, had some trouble getting the jetted tub to work.

Great Place for a Getaway

Room was setup well. TV install on wall was slick & well-done. Free breakfast each morning was convenient and saved us money (croissants, muffins & high-class coffee). Pool & view were unbeatable. Staff was very polite and always available. Best place I've stayed in in South Beach.
