The atmosphere in the reception and foyer area and friendliness of staff in dining room
Located within the heart of Montreal with easy access to metro stations
We had a great stay. What was particularly appreciated was that we arrived well before check-in time (8 hrs early) and were rewarded with the exact room we booked with no extra charge. Lovely facilities too.
its location in down city its service and the message but busy
Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. That I couldn't stay longer!
The staff was very friendly. More so than most other places we have stayed. NA
Comfort and closely located to the business Fair.
The hotel looked much nicer online . The room was clean and the location is just alright. The noise was awful you can hear everything in the hall. I could even hear my neighbors phone ringing a ton. The AC units were extremely loud and the water pressure in the bathroom would drop making a hissing/squeaking noise after use. Another pet peeve is no fan in the bathroom and the doors have glass on them so when you turn the light on at night you could potentially be waking up your partner or anyone else with you. The parking garage underground is tight and super low, my Jeep Wrangler almost didn't make the height clearance. Wasn't impressed one bit by this hotel very over rated.
Affordable choice in downtown, and beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff called around for us on Easter Sunday to see which restaurants would be open before sending us out. Normally I love the hot tub at this Sheraton. Unfortunately during our stay it was out of order, which is a huge bummer. Not that it will make or break a trip, but when you're deciding between a few hotels in the area at the same price point and allowed that to influence your decision a little, it's a letdown. Also, this is 2015 - who charges for WiFi?
This was a great place to stay. In my opinion, the Sheraton has the best beds. The room was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. I will try to book at this hotel the next time that I visit Montreal. no.
Hotel is located conveniently to downtown Montreal including restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had an issue in our bathroom that was promptly fixed. Bar and wait-staff very nice. Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Hotel seemed unprepared for the larger crowd trying to have breakfast. Ran out of food and were not ready to replenish for new people coming in. Eggs and bacon put out were considerably under-cooked.
Location Site displays pictures of pool, but its being repaired! The real problem is it looks like its been out all year and it appears they do not plan on repairing it anytime soon, yet the misleading pictures are still on the web site. Hotel is old, which normally could be a plus, but stupid/cheap updates have removed the charm and character without adding anything.
Close to museums, McGill University, the metro and other attractions. Very comfortable hotel, quiet with spacious clean rooms. We particularly liked the restaurant, able to provide a late breakfast to us coming from the West coast and sleeping in. This stay was pleasant and enjoyable, thanks! We came away from this stay with positive feelings, if I have to stretch for what I did not like it would be limited to their replacing our towels after one use despite asking us to hang up our towels so they could cut back on laundry. Wish all my complaints where so small!
Location Big beds Staff That the price not include brekfast that charge parking The elevators !!! some times I wait 15 minutes for one
Great location (Metro Peer Station is right around the corner), great price, great room. Loved the small kitchenette. Friendly staff.
Spacious room, clean, with kitchenette, which was a welcome surprise. We didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, but there next time we stay we will make time for it. Walking distance to everything. A little far to the old port, but we still walked it and it was fine. Staff were wonderful. When we're in Montreal again we will stay here. Parking was a little expensive, and the construction on Sherbrooke made getting in and out difficult, (though obviously not the fault of Cantlie. Other than that I can't think of anything that was a negative.
Very nice beds. Good size rooms. Perfect location. Quiet. Shower was good, not great.
The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very spacious and well maintained, and its location was just minutes away from stations! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we have another opportunity, we will stay here again! One of the two TVs in our room didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal.
Awesome location in the downtown area. We ate at 5 restaurants on our block (or across the street) alone and all were delicious. Very easy access to metro and bus stops and a short walk to the museum and Mont Royal Park. Staff was friendly and even provided us with a late checkout free of charge. 1 broken elevator made getting in and out pretty slow. The pool was under renovation so we didn't get the great rooftop view ... although you can get just about the same view from the 27th floor gym window.
Great location, wonderful beds, useful kitchenette. Wish we'd had time to try the gym and pool. Only thing to improve is putting real cream (e.g Mini Moos) in coffee kit.
Well located, modern and clean with great staff
Beautiful hotel in a excellent location The first room we received was not cleaned properly and grey pieces of dirt were found in the shower
The problem with the mini bar where can use the fridge and the hotel will calculate the value of no purpose to move it automatically
The location was excellent. The room was very small and dated. Not what I would have expected from a Novotel Hotel. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable - again not what we expected from Novotel or the price of the room.
so close to everything, Centre Bell, metro, Bar B barn, etc.....
Location is excellent! 2 min walk from Bell Center and 2 min walk from St-Catherine st for great shopping! Def. worth the money! No parking available, cost us an extra 50$ for 2 days and parking is impossible to find if there's a hockey game that night. Also bed was very hard.
location wrong application of the room rate vs the one booked on-line! Not acceptable!
They don't have wireless internet in the rooms
That it was downtown montreal, walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The fact that the gym was not in use. I understand that it was closed for renovations however i wished that when looking up the hotel, the gym would not have been listed as a feature.
the location the reception desk !!
The location was perfect, we were literally steps away from the Bell Center, and all of the malls/stores and clubs.
Too loud at night, unable to rest well.
Good location and friendly front desk staff Didn't like the half a dozen hairs that were in my bathtub upon checking in. And I really didn't like the three attempts by staff to get into my room before checkout, the first being at 8:00am with no knock. If check out is at 11:00am, then please respect my privacy and right to comfort in the room that I have paid for.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of yummy options. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel needs an update. It's efficient but it feels a little dated.
We were given a free upgrade when they couldn't accommodate a request of ours.
the air conditioning was very bad
The hotel is lovely and the room splendid and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. What I didn't like is the fact that through no fault of ours, we were not there for the first nhight. Our plane was late leaving ORD and when we arrived in LaGuardia the connecting flight was cancelled and we could not get out of NYC until the next day. If we booked directly with the hotel they would have given us a refund but, we could not get a refund because we booked through Kayak. I would really appreciate a refund for that first night from Kayak. I never used Kayak before and I think this would be good customer service. Thank you!
Close to the Bell Center. They didn't have the room I made reservations for.
good location, facilities (gym/spa), big room. decoration in the room (old fashion furniture) / no flat TV / no electrical outlet near the bed / the carpet in the room was smelly
It was fairly close to downtown stores, restautants, and the Bell. I had to wait for my room. Another customer was given a room I was waiting for as I sat in the lobby. The lady at the front was distracted by her kid and some gentleman standing at the front waiting.
They upgraded us to a "condo". It was a huge room with a balcony and a nice view. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was efficient. They didn't replace the coffee pack we used the first morning.
Good location Parking not included in price and no fridge in room
the staff, they were friendly and kind well I think local calls should be free however i was charge $1.40 per call which is very stupid. normally as long as its not long distance, it should be free, even when i went downstair to use the pay phone, the hotel charge change the setting on the bell pay phone and it charge me 4.00 for my call, which was local by the way.
I liked how it was close to the Bell center and to saint Catherine's street :)! The pool was only open till 8 and when I tried going to the restaurant the next morning I was confused and didn't understand so ended up walking somewhere else to eat
Very hot rooms about 80-85°f
WiFi is free but hard to get. Even though you have password and stuff it will kick you out now and then. It took us 15 minutes sometimes just to login. Other than that it's ok hotel Wifi is slow and hard to connect. Don't get there before checking because they will charge you extra for early chek-in. Also, you can't leave your car in their garage after your check-out - they will charge you extra. The rate for garage is not $20/day as they say but ¢24.99, wich is in American currency is a bit more. I would give them 3 stars though. if you're not looking for nothing special and need a place that is close to everything - this is your hotel!
There is free coffee at the front desk and in the rooms. The rooms themselves were fairly decent with comfy beds, free wifi, and a mini fridge (empty, but useful for leftovers). The hotel also offers parking in their garage for about $22/day, where we left our car for the weekend, walking everywhere, except for 1 late night, round trip on the metro (too cold to walk all the way to the Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood of the city). There is a station just behind the hotel a bit. This hotel worked for our stay for the weekend, located just on the edge of downtown Montreal, but my fiance and I agree that we will stay somewhere else next time. The "fitness center" is a small room with 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bench press machine, 2 abs stations, and 1 multi-station piece of equipment. There are some free weights, but some are missing. There is a water cooler and towels, but no sanitation cleaner or wipes and the room looks like it belongs in the basement of a shabby home. The lobby is not much to speak about either. You also are not allowed to check-in before their standard check-in time. They will not even look to see if the room is available (we arrived just after 2pm, but had to wait until 3pm to check-in).
The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Eric at the front desk. The room we were given was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Our suite had s full living room, a dining room table, refrigerator/freezer combo, one and a half baths, and an incredible shower. Everything was newly renovated and gorgeous. It was also only a short walk to the Bell Centre and Old Montreal and a short cab ride to some fantastic restaurants. The room did smell like smoke, unfortunately. We were able to ignore it, however.
Location, comfortable beds, laminate flooring. Breakfast was not great. Told buffet only but others ordered fresh eggs and bacon. Bugs in bathroom.
STAFF ARE VERY GOOD. LOBBY ALWAYS FULL OF SOME STRANGERS ON WILLCHAIRS WITH KIDS. ONE OF NIGHT WAS VERY VERY LOUD IN A CORRIDOR FROM BUNCH OF DRUNK PEOPLE.
Michel at the front desk was rude. Had us wait while he was inputting something into the computer. We only wanted to check out and he didn't even acknowledge us. Customers are always a priority and this hotel didn't provide good customer service. The hallways smelled like dirty laundry and at night nothing was soundproof as we could hear everything from the hallway and kept waking us up. Would never stay here again.
Pool was little dirty
We got upgraded to a suite because a std room was going to be 2 double beds which is not acceptable for us. I wasn't spending my nights in Montreal with my husband and I in separate beds nor crammed in a double bed. The front desk clerk gave us a free upgrade to a suite which is probably why I was happy. The elevator waits were over 5 minutes at any given time.
Very near to so many nice places in the city of Montreal. Few minutes walk to a lot of restaurant and few minutes walk to the Metro. Pet friendly accept cats and we really appreciate it. The housekeeping staff are friendly as well. We will definitely come back You need to pay for your parking even though you are a hotel guest
Espresso is in a great location. It has covered parking and is an incredible value for the price. I have stayed there numerous times and will be back. Very easy to walk from the hotel. The room is very nice and has a small fridge.
Not enough good things can be said about this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and the rooms spacious. We had a luxury King and the bathroom was the size of the bedroom. The staff was excellent. The concierge secured us a dinner reservation at a place that was booked solid. You also can't beat the location. Right by shopping, restaurants and Bell Centre. There was a wedding reception going past midnight. Our parking was comped because of the noise which was a floor below us. That was a nice gesture.
Location and service Being charged 40 dollars for parking.
They were very helpful and they took really good care of us and the restaurant was great!
Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed accomodations, great location. We rented bikes during our stay, and staff helped us store them. Also helped make restaurant reservations, print airline boarding passes, and anything else we needed.
The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable of the area. For the price, it was not worth it. Our bath broke twice (we couldn't turn off the jets), our mini bar fridge was next to impossible to open because it was on a broken shelf, and we could hear construction/reversing trucks starting early in the morning outside our window. I'm sure there are some better suites in the place, but honestly for over $200 a night after taxes, the value for the money is not there.
Excellent performance of staff. Very good, full of choices breakfast. Would benefit from some more modern looks.
Our room looked really cute and comforting...we felt at home !
The price was decent and great location. Parking. Having to pay for it, the tight spots and the confusing parking garage. The elevator was also slow at times.
The location is good The breakfast was poor
Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast, free internet in room. Carpets and funishings in need of refurbishment.
Central convenient location. Good breakfast buffet with multiple choices.Excellent location for shopping and access to public transit. Although the central location was great. The actual neighborhood is one of the less attractive in the central area.
Everything in the room was lovely but the shower was very noisy. The staff were very helpful in guiding us around the city. Breakfast exceeded our expectations except for the lack of black tea! Would definitely stay there again if we return to Montreal - and I hope we do! The elevator was a bit funky - didn't stop on the right floor a couple of times and we tried to get in the wrong room!
Our room was very nice and spacious. It was very close to all the nightlife and restaraunts. I was very impressed
Front desk service and breakfast staff service was very good. parking very tight; a little scary for a female.
The fact that it is located in the city centre. The staff at the reception were excellent. the lift is the worst resource that a hotel of that category can have. It is slow, narrow, and very old... So, please can you invest in a better elevator? The breakfast area is a mess... thought the staff were very poor in keeping the breakfast area up to the needs of the customers.
The food, the swimming pool, the exercise room, the cleanliness, such a big room with comfortable bed, amazing view from city Simply amazing Thanks Which I could stay more days
Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes & utensils. Free full breakfast from 7-10am daily, light dinner M-W evenings. Friendly staff Location.. close to dining, shopping Parking not available. Had to park about 3 blocks away. Not convenient.
We enjoyed the convenience of the location (within walking distance from everything Metro, Shopping, Art Museum, restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great location and very comfortable hotel. Driving a car in Montreal is not convenient and it was very costly to valet for 4 days
simple and uncrowded rip in the bedsheet, loud room heating and awful room service food. pancakes were inedible,
The service was A+!! They were so speedy to help in any way possible. Super helpful and polite and quick to jump in for any need. They were fluent in French and English and always helped with a smile. We felt very welcomed and were greeted with a hello and goodbye each time we passed the front desk. The room was incredibly comfortable for the two of us up on the penthouse floor. We loved the bed and the view! We had a room that connected to two other rooms. When we had single people connected to us, we couldn't hear them. When we had a family with kids next door, we heard them talking and laughing and screaming. The room was NOT soundproof with the connecting door. This did not hinder our ability to sleep, though, as everyone went quiet at night.
Well run 4-star international hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful - treat you like a person. Double beds are on the small side (4' 8" / 140 cm width).
It was a good value for the money. It was also well located very small bathroom; lobby quite small
staff were excellent and really helpful. You were made to feel important to the hotel. Room was good and we enjoyed our stay. no
Overall the Hotel Staff made up for the deficiency. The complimentaries were not up to standard with the basic complimentaries offered in other Hotels. Some basics like fridge and microwave require extra funds and they dont come cheap. Overall, the staff were nice, warm and willing to assist in any way possible. I'll stay here again if in Montreal, although I'll have to call to ensure the basics are provided without extra cost before my arrival. The fact that I already indicated that I was coming with my kids and there was no fridge or microwave was a bit upsetting for me. Families with children need to feed their kids with milk and cereal and some other stuff which they just have to prepare by themselves.
The location in the museum district was great. Close to a wide range of restaurants and the shopping district Downtown.
I was thankfully upgraded. The bathroom was still awful and you couldn't fit more than a small person it it. Bed was the only thing that was comfortable.
The guy at the front desk was nice. The room was big. Bed was comfortable. Good pizza downstairs and brewpubs across the street. First thing we noticed were 3 garbage bags outside our hotel room. Shower had black mold, drain was clogged and bathtub floor was lifting up. Lights were unplugged (?), TV was probably 20 yrs old but sort of worked with a bit of a flicker. Only in town for one night but would likely have gone somewhere else if we were staying longer.
Location. Central position with most attractions in walking distance Noise from other rooms. Lack of pool or fitness room.
Good location Nothing good ...if I had not been so tired and with a car,,i would have left immediately ..this place should be condemned and it was not fair to charge this rate while I stayed in toronto at Sutton place for promotional rate of 119 per night..and this place was more money and inhabitable. I should not have been required to pay and in fact we should have been paid to stay there..as it is a fire hazard and unsafe
Location, very close to Bell center and Montreal Canadiens homegames which was the reason we came to Montreal.
location to shopping no
The elevator ism't good.
The location of the hotel in the center of the downtown Not at all
It was very clean Construction next door started at 6am - loud as hell
Close to downtown at a budget price. Hotel is very run down.
great location, nice staff, Everyone was helpful It could use some sprucing up, but for a three-star, it was fine.
the location of the hotel was great for sporting events, restaurants, bars etc. this hotel needs a severe overhaul, drywall, carpeting, elevator, balconies were in rough shape.
We loved it's location! Lots to do nearby! We walked up and down the strip and we're also close to our appointment and able to walk to it the next morning. The bed was conmfy! Hotel is showing its age... cold water and hot water both ran warm to hot... there was no cold water to drink. Breakfast was good but there were fruit flies buzzing around.
Lots to do around the hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was not very good. I didn't enjoy the fresh fruits or yogurt at all.
The staff was very helpful and efficient in evey way. The hotel room was modern and clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit narrow but had enough space to move around.
The Hotel Le Saint Malo was a great cost-efficient room located in a safe area of Montreal. I wish I hadn't looked and saw all the trash underneath the beds. Also the hotel is not sound proof at all. These are honestly my only complaints. The beds are very comfortable, the water did not run cold, and the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little grocery store across the street with everything you may need on the spur of the moment. There is a mall and plenty of good food within walking distance. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Montreal in the future I will stay here again.
I would recommend this hotel. The room I had was on the small side, but it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here the next time I am in Montreal.
Had a very positive experience at Hotel Le Saint Malo. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable and with a private bath. The accommodations are modest, so if that's not what you're looking for, don't stay here! If, however, you want to spend most of your time and money in the city sightseeing and exploring, then this hotel is a good value and located very near the green line for easy access to the metro system and the city. There is not a great deal to do right near the hotel except to walk to Parc du Mont-Royal, but for me that worked out well because it was quiet. There is also a grocery store right across the street from the hotel if you want to save on food, but my room did not have a fridge so I bought food that wasn't perishable. Would recommend this hotel to a friend or family.
This hotel is very nice for the price. A very convenient location close to everywhere in downtown. Clean rooms although a bit small and there is free wireless Internet.
This place was what it was. Everything worked and appeared clean until I began to look under things... If you're on a tight budget, but prefer not to stay in a hostel, this is your place
The greatest draw about this hotel is that it's situated near some very interesting locations, like the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, The Canadian Center for Architecture, and the entire Rue de Sainte Catherine, which is fun to simply walk along. There is a local metro station next to the Pepsi Forum that will get you where ever you have to go outside of walking distance. The hotel staff were pleasant enough. They did fail to clean my room one day that I stayed there, however. The hotel was small, room itself smelled of smoke (despite it being clearly labeled as a non-smoking room, and had an angled floor. There weren't enough plugs available for my laptop without stringing the line across the room. The bathroom was neat, but the tub drained slowly. The bed, though clean, had a blanket that had been patched up. A 4-person family ended up staying in the next room, and though they were easily heard through the walls/door, they were mercifully quiet at night. Overall, a great stay for ...
the downside: no elevators; narrow hallway;not much of a choice with breakfast which you take to your room. the upside: 2 blocks from the metro / bus station (guy-concordia); one block from rue st. catherine; in a college area (concordia college); relatively quiet neighborhood; supermarket across the street; adequate & clean facilities; staff knowledgeable & dependable; FREE local calls; great price. yes, i would recommend this hotel.
Very clean and convenient to downtown. Reasonable rates.Recommend top floor(3rd) to avoid noise from upper floors. Couteous staff.
My stay was great. The room was clean, it was very private and despite reading reviews about noise It was not noisy at all. 2 minute walk from St Catherine street, great location. I would definitely visit again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.
1. The room was part of the staircasem which means that we heard everyone coming up the stairs at all hours of the night and everyone coming down to check out.\n\n2. Found a bug in my bed\n\n3. Hotel parking was full.
The hotel is small, but has free breakfast and pleasant owner and employees. Near famous St. Catherine St., Museum of Art and college of Montreal . Three hr. tour informative & fun. Lovely people and weather, wet, but comfortable. Will go again.
The room was charming and the breakfast beyond the best.
It was very charming--nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, elegant breakfast, port at night, attentive staff
Our room was just so tastefully decorated, a real joy to come back to each night!
fantastic hotel, right in the middle of town close to Centre Bell, the Temple of Hockey. Staff was very friendly, room was amazing (brownstone style, high ceilings. definately go for the suite with the jacuzzi
The hotel was really clean and cozy. The breakfast was incredible and the staff very friendly and professional. The room was very cold, maybe the air conditioner could be set a little lower.
Breakfast was wonderful.
The nice atmosphere, facilities and the hospitality of the recepcionist. The breakfast was outstanding. You can even drink a nice Porto wine in the kitchen which is nothing in cost, but a great value for customers. I would repeat as many times as I could if I visit Montreal again. Absolutelly advisable. Nothing
all of it -- very helpful staff, charming room, wonderful facilities with the kitchen and superb breakfast
people are very kind and helpful. no lift, spiral steps...a bit more far to the city centre than I expect.
Staff was very friendly, location very convenient, included breakfast was really good.
Central location; close to airport busstop; close to metro; free Wi-Fi; kitchen facility; good value for Montreal Reception could be a little bit friendlier; wi-fi signal in my room was too weak; I had to go in the corridor to get a signal; shower a bit weak
Affordable downtown hostel. Shower room could use some cleaning.
Location Shared bathroom and absence of parking
Very good location. Very nice staff helped us keeping our valuables in a safe place. Wired Internet in rooms. Very low water pressure in shower. Very poor quality toilet paper. Need to ask the front desk for shampoo. I would like to pay 5$ to not have to deal with little issues like these.
Staff is amazing. Super nice.
HotelY is at an excellent location in Montréal. Bus 747 drops you off at Ave. R.-Lesveque, in which the hotel is located, only a few houses further (take stop nr. 3, when you come from the Airport, not nr. 2 as indicated on the map). On the way back to the airport, the closest stop is nr. 2., just next to the hotel. The stuff was professional and helpful (also in the bar on the ground floor). The common kitchen on the sixth floor is spacious enough and was not crowded when I was there. The free line internet connection was excellent and I appreciated the fridge a lot. There are a few supermarkets in the neighbourhood: Mourelatos, Provigo and PA Supermarché. For people who stay longer the laundry and the iron are probably also of great value While in general the room gave a clean and tidy impression, I had minor issues with the cleanness/state of the room. E.g. a dirty underwear was under the bed and a condom behind the night table (where the internet connection was), the smoke detector was completely covered with paper (presumably one of the previous guests smoked in the room, but I did not smell any cigarette), the battery of the remote control of the TV set and of the clock in the kitchen were broken.
Great location, great price. Very clean. Very attentive and friendly service. The internet was a little spotty.
The location was great, the room was clean, the staff friendly. The small restaurant was good place for breakfast. I stayed 3 night, not 13 The common showers could have been cleaner
the location was excellent, the room was a good value for the money. The room is small but comfortable and bed was good. Safe and Clean hotel/room and staff were helpful. Parking was an issue and moderatly expensive $20/ night (there was a hockey game that night) . traffic volume & noise on the street was disruptive. The TV could be upgraded.
The room itself is decent value - private room with sink, fridge, and tv. Doors slam with some frequency, so it's hard to get a good night's sleep. The bed was a little flimsy, so I found that it moved whenever I shifted around. Last thing - I felt kind of itchy all night long. Not sure if my skin was just irritated by something, or if there were some type of critter biting me.
It was clean and functional The front desk lady was rude
Only a few minutes walk to the Bell Centre and within walking distance to shopping and historic downtown. Airport shuttle stop less than a block from the door. Room was tiny but served me fine and the price could not be beaten for the location. Even had a mini fridge and sink in room but I did have to go down the hall for shared washroom which was expected. Great staff. Everything clean and tidy. Lots of noise from the street and air conditioner did not cool room.
Amazing experience. Facilities were first class, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Only wish there was an on site spa. However the concierge arranged am appointment for me at a nearby spa.
I liked The most the toilet and bathroom And the comfort of beding The Value was over priced
Location was great. Staff were attent. Hotel is not finnaly constructed. We stayed four nights and the first one they had to accomodate us on a different room because the one originally assigned to us was not fully constructed. Onnce they moved us to our room, the bathroom door was not fully mounted and the bathroom itself was not fully finished as the walls were not painted and the tub was not fully installed.
