The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortably large. Our rooms seemed to be newly renovated and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and had enough variations. I loved that the rooms had so many windows to allow such a nice rooftop view. The rooms were also almost always quiet. I also loved that the hotel was located 10 mins walking distance from Offenbach center. Everything you need is closeby. There are Lidl and Rossman right across anyways.
The bathroom was a bit small but new and clean, which is the most important part.

Friendly owner and generally helpful staff. The accommodation is good and sufficient for practical purposes such as the visit I had which was for hospital treatment in the area.
Cleanliness can be better. I dropped something between my bed and the window. I pulled the bed a bit and I found three old and used tissues there with fluff and dust around them. Otherwise, the visible parts were clean enough.
