First of all, the location is perfect, in the center of the city. And the breakfast is very good.
The hot water is not hot enough, maybe around 35 degrees? Kind of cold after taking the shower , especially in winter. And it’s very confusing to drive to the hotel since it is the limited zone, maybe a more well-illustrated map should be provided to the tourist that first come to Palermo.

The restaurant for dinner is very very good and the staff is lovely We ate there most of the week. We also tried the local bib gourmant but it could not hold a candle to the Locanda del gusto. The location is fantastic.
At breakfast there is no other bread than white bread and the cheese is on the same plate with the meat, oh horror! The room was very noisy because the window opened onto the inner courtyard.

The waiters in the restaurant were very polite and helpful. We didn't like the room we were allocated so they changed for us. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was outstanding
Only observation, there is a platform to level the floor in front of bar,restaurant they shout put some lights on the floor so you can see the leveling, it’s dark, I fell because of that, they were extremely helpful but it could be prevented

The location was perfect, the room, including bathroom, was very good and it was interesting to stay in an historic structure.
There were flies around the food at breakfast and the table mats were dirty. The coffee was cold. There was no place in the hotel to have even a light meal until 7:30 p.m. The stay would have been improved by a cleaner restaurant with more availability.
