Hotel Atlante Plaza

Det var stora rum och det fanns en mindre pool på taket. Frukosten var bra. Service med att få bilen parkerad.

Åt middag på restaurangen i bottenvåningen och den var dyr och inte bra. Rummen var lite slitna i förhållande till att det var ett 5-stjärnigt hotell.

I liked the location. Across the road from the beach, bars and not too far from a supermarket.

Where do I start. My check-in took almost half an hour. It was an early evening check-in, the room was prepaid and I had to ask if there was a problem (only to be told no). The room was very tired. No toiletries were replaced. When I asked the maid, I was advised that I must call the service number for shampoo, shower gel, etc. This does not make sense. Why can the maid not replace the toiletries each day? Breakfast - The breakfast section is too small for the number of guests. There weren’t enough staff on duty considering the number of guests. I went for breakfast on the first two mornings but I didn’t bother for the rest of my stay. The food was not replenished fast enough and guests had to wait. No bread, no fruit, no juices. It’s not as if the guests were big eaters. They weren’t. The management know the number of guests expected each day. I stayed at four different hotels in Brazil and this hotel was my least favourite. I expected more!
