Tillgång till stranden är utmärkt. Faciliteter, personal, restauranger är alla utmärkta. Personalen mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående.
Inte gångavstånd till allt. Trafiken är utmanande.

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely amazing. Made to feel so welcome, the facilities are fantastic and the staff couldn't do more to help. The breakfast and restaurants are great with good variety and not too expensive. There is also a lot of restaurants 5min walk away if you'd prefer. Customer service is the best bit about the hotel, making you feel special as a guest all the time. Even at one point when I had to queue for 5 minutes at reception and it was nothing important so I just went back to the room, the phone rang 10 minutes later and it was reception who had recognised my face and called the room to see what they could help with. When we dined at the fancy Japanese restaurant they must of taken a note after we mentioned when checking in we were celebrating 1st anniversary and we got a free drink.
There is literally nothing not to like about this hotel.

The beach right outside the hotel is beautiful, it has great infrastructure on the beach, the pool is very nice with decent service. It is a de facto resort. It is far from all the bustling activity in Rio, but very relaxing. The view from the room was beautiful and the room was traditional and nice. The spa offers great service and is very peaceful. I enjoyed the food at the Japanese restaurant, has won a couple of awards as one of the best in Rio. Check in was nice and seamless. The staff we interacted with were generally very nice and helpful.
I did not enjoy the breakfast experience. One of those large and full buffets but nothing was particularly tasty, the guy at the tapioca station was overwhelmed and not friendly at all. I would have much preferred an a la carte more reasonably priced and with well executed offerings. Long lines at checkout and the first version of the bill was wrong.
