Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort

Bra resort med ”egen” fin strand. Bra frukost, ok gym och sköna sängar! Från hotellet tar man enkelt taxi till bra restauranger i Leblon etc. Kommer bo här igen.

Långsam check in. Lite väl stökigt vid poolen ibland.

Levde upp till förväntningarna som ett internationellt resorthotell. Fantastiskt läge med privat strand.

Undvik deras bilservice. Hutlöst dyrt och de gav ett oseriöst intryck.

I liked being away from the hustle Copacabana beach. Yet you couldn’t just walk to a restaurant or store. Staff are fabulous - so nice! Even called me in my room to make sure it was all ok. There is a car service for the 2 nights I went to Leblon.

I was freezing in my room. Resorted to opening the sliding glass doors to warm it up. They really need a little sundries shop on premises. For toiletries, newspapers etc. there is only 1 English Channel - CNN which I don’t watch at home. Pls offer an English Channel with movies or even a tv show to relax by

I loved everything about the hotel. Best hotel in Rio. Good breakfast. Heated pool. Great views. We were given VIP treatment. There's a guy by the name of Paulo who gave us exceptional treatment at breakfast. I can fault the hotel with ond thing. They do not advise clients that they will be charging their credit cards extra incase they consume items from the rooms etc. What happens if one doesn't have enough Mindy in their bank accounts??? We need to only pay for accommodation, other extras should be our choice of payment. You can't force extra payment on someone's card
