Good facilities. Very close to the Roma termani. Easy accesscess to food and groceries

The facilities are so well-organized and complete. The apartments have their own private baths, the dining nook has cold food in the fridge, cold sparkling or still water dispenser, traditional coffee machine using beans not pods, fruits, cakes, etc. Senora Manuela and her husband are very thoughtful about the comforts of their clients. The location is ideal, right beside Roma Termini train station and yet very quiet.

Nothing at all. Everything is perfect!

The pantry and refrigerator were well stocked and easily accessible. The room was large with bright decoration. The location was great and check-in process was very easy.

The walls are very thin so could hear other guests coming and going late at night or early morning. We happened to have a family next door with a baby and could hear the crying at odd hours.

To have the use of a kitchen and washing facilities was a fantastic surprise and if staying longer a gem to find. The facilities available were great.

I think the coffee machine needed cleaning / maintaining. Definitely a funny taste.

Quite an amazing concept of having the kitchen open at all times if guests felt like having a snack, coffee or a small bite. The owner is a fantastic and very welcoming character.
