Great location. And close to restaurants
Location is great. The view from our room was beautiful. Comfy and clean room. Too expensive. $35-$50 for parking. 18% gratuity upcharge for everything along with all their fees. No fridge in room. Ac didn't work well.
The hotel was nice Hotel was expensive
Location Given room with bad view. When others were available with good view.
Clean Horrible View
Excellent location All charges are extra Parking extra Water extra in room
Location and views Paying $35 a day to parking
Price point and location We got a handicap room and I'm a Hilton member. No love there and it was my anniversary no love there!
The hotel was in a great location, near the Gaslamp quarter, friendly staff, and could sit outside and have a great view of the water. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a bay view for $20. However, when we checked out we were actually charged $30/night for a total of $60 (so $40 more than we were expecting). The view wasn't that great, but wasn't terrible. It was almost a $600 stay (with the upgrade) and it may seem silly, but we were on a super strict budget so $40 more actually was a challenge for us. Also, the room only went down to 65 degrees and our room was quite warm so that did make sleeping a challenge. Overall, a pretty decent experience but disappointed that the hotel itself overcharged.
Well kept room Terrible wi-fi and 17USD / day upgrade is utterly ridiculous
Loved the comfort of the hotel and the location Nothing
Great location, rooms are spacious, lobby and building are beautiful. 5 minute walk from Gaslamp, 5 minute drive from Seaport Village and close to everything else. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The entire stay was pleasant and we were well taken care of as guests.
Great bed Could hear doors closing and thin walla
Location Beds were terrible and room was small
It was a wonderful expeeience from the moment we walk in to the time we left. It's a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. The Spa Suite was a little plain in appearance for a luxury hotel but the therapist was excellent.
Cool vibe. Great room and decor. Easy check in.
We always enjoy staying at the US Grant. The staff is friendly the restaurant and bar are wonderful the location is perfect. The rooms are nice the beds are comfortable. The pillows and I would ask not to stay facing fourth Street again.
The rooms were big and the decor was very nice. The staff were great and the location was perfect for visiting San Diego. The charge for parking is too high. We parked on nearby streets for a tenth of the cost.
Elegant and plush surroundings, very comfortable bed, room was lovely with great amenities even though I had a single room. Great power breakfast meal!
The hotel is a historic landmark located near the Gaslamp district in downtown San Diego. The location is great for shopping, site seeing, and night life. The staff of the hotel was superb! A fantastic back drop for a romantic getaway.
The room was great and service was excellent. Very noisy on the 4th floor exterior room all night long on a weekend.. I requested a room with a view and got a view of the rundown buildingf to peo next to us and listene.
The front desk person was nice and tried his best to work with customers. The room smelled and I did not even want to touch the bedspread. The room had been cleaned well but nothing could take the grime out of things you couldn't clean by housekeeping...rug, bedspread, floor etc. Some of the rooms were being renovated. I would make sure and ask for one of those.
That it was close to the Americana Outlets. It was for the most part clean and quiet. It was under construction. No attendent durrung the day. I get charged 150.00 when i thought i was only paying 90.00, the attendent didnt want to let us have extra blankets. There were only small small pillows. Basically it was a very boarder motel. And we had no continental breakfast offered.
It is cheap and clean and semi-quiet. The wifi barely works. There was no curtain for the shower. There is no boundary between the toilet and shower, right next to each other. There is no shelf or place to put your soap while showering. The outlet to place plugs was broken. When I tried to call, the phone did not work. The breakfast was inadequate. In the morning, I tried to tell someone about my issues and could not find anyone.
Location is perfect if you are planing to visit outlets. Very closed from the border and from I 5. Great price. It doesn't look beautiful outside but rooms are very clean. Parking lot too dark at night
Very good, clean and cheap stay for few days! More variety for breakfast
You get what you pay for. Pretty comfortable and nice stay. Good but not great Wifi was shoddy, which is pretty frustrating b
Staff is nice, and knows the area well. Coffee and muffins for breakfast is nice. Room was clean and so is the pool. Nice budget hotel. Leave the food out in the morning until 10am (not 9am). Also... get bigger muffins. A gringo could starve.
Nothing worst experience ever! Dusty E Phoenix, Arizona This hotel overbooked then notified me the night before my arrival that I have not place to stay, then after they canceled my booking they charged my credit card for the room then it was a non-stop problem trying to get them to refund my money! Beware of this hotel and book anything other than this place! Bad experience with hotel and with booking.com, I will not ever use either business again! Dusty E Phoenix, Arizona
it's close to freeway. you can save money. they allow to bring dog and give free internet service. with pet only smoking room available. there was no breakfast. looked like some fruits and bread at the reception area but when i went there, only coffee and apple were there. no dining area at all.
I liked the location and it was a very quiet place so it was very easy to just relax.
Lady (Lucy?) at front desk was so incredibly kind!! I would not stay again. Lady (Lucy?) at front desk was so incredibly kind!! Scary area, had to ask for iron, got no ironing board, shirt ended up getting ruined & I had a job interview the next day. I had to chek in & out a tv remote, breakfast was a joke!
Its close to the border. I would not stay here unless necessary. It serves your bare basic needs only. Tv, phone, and wifi didnt work. I stayed three days and had to get a new card key everyday cause it wouldn't work. Ac was super loud but worked. Bed was dirty. I think it was a hooker hotel cause there was a sign saying no guests past 9. The staff seems like they were doing what they can to make it an unpleasant stay. Dont stay unless necessary.
the internet was quite fast, the motel is very very close to Premium Outlets, there was a coffee maker, refrigator and microwave, which was pretty cool there was one cockroach in the bathroom, the room didn't smell very well and the air-condition was too loud
...told us tthey don't offer shampoo WTF?? Good god a hotel with no shampoo? ... cheap...cheap...cheap ..then found a couple of bottles in the back.. poor quality property
Loved the room and location At check in, the young man at the front desk seemed a little condescending and rude.
Very good location for the Gaslamp Quarter Didn't know that it was Valet Parking only at $47 per night. With this charge added to the room charge per night, I don't think I'd stay here again.
Convenient location, friendly staff. Super corporate, fixtures seemed old, rooms poorly ventilated.
Location is amazing!! Very clean! Nice staff Didnt end up getting a room with two beds like I had reserved because I booked through a third party.
Very expensive parking
Room per night was cheap 120... plus tax... I was there for comic con...it's a hotel it's not a 4 star hotel though...maybe for location but the amenities are very basic and the guy there was rude at the front desk.
Hotel was excellent location. From the minute we drove up to valet to checking in and out, customer service was great. Right in the main location of downtown gaslamp, next to Petco park which we were there for the All Star game. Had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again. Customer service, location and hotel. Room was comfortable.
Room was nice and clean. The view was great. Location was great, located is in the middle of gas lamp and the convention center to take the ferry to Coronado. No self parking garage. Valet only at $47 a night.
Two-minute walk to the exhibit halls and lots of shops and restaurants just outside the hotel doors. Central location for site-seeing as well.
Staff was exceptionally nice & friendly. Room was perfect, clean & comfortable. Location was amazing, close to everything, but not too close, so noise was never an issue. Would be nice to have a larger bar that offered tap beer
The hotel was lovely and the concierge was super helpful in finding me a place to get a relaxing mani-pedi.
They gave my Wrong room
The room was very comfortable and had a nice layout.
this Hotel is on nice area, walk distance to Midway museum & seaport Village, very convenience & we will definitely come back again for vacation!
Good value for you money. Very clean. Good facilities. Bed too soft, it is like it is just made entirely of pillow. I had some maintenance issues in my room, which they fixed, but they wanted me to move instead.
The amazing view, the helpful and friendly staff, and the amazing deal!
I was very satisfied, was even able to check in hours ahead of schedule and was upgraded to a better room. The location is fantastic as well as the view, staff was attentive and courteous, definitely recommend this place.
Not all staff was friendly, room wasn't thoroughly cleaned one day and Cafe and restaurants only open till 1pm. Also some staff gave poor directions as to how to get to places.
Great location, clean hotel, GREAT bed. Best sleep I've had in a while. Bathroom was nothing to write home about and parking is a bit expensive
Rooms were good size with a nice view. Big screen TV. Downtown location near to attractions. Didn't sleep well because the mattress was a bit lumpy. Gave me a backache. The breakfast menu is pricey. $44/day for parking. Hotel like Westin should have free parking available for guests.
Clean friendly $44 parking cost and one way streets with only two valets
Loved the staff. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and nice and her alone would make me want to come back and enjoy the Westin again!
3 blocks from coaster, very comfortable, free shuttle to the airport, beds are fantastic They nickel and dime you for in-room wifi (seriously?)
the bed was very comfortable. The restaurants and lounge were enjoyable.
The front desk people were super nice! The carpet was filthy. Some of the electrical outlets were broken and not able to be used.
The staff was really nice and available A little far from San Diego unless you have a car, not suggested otherwise
Nothing! The entire hotel was very dirty and grimy. There was 2 overdose's on the same night, did get any sleep due to the noise (police and fire), the bed was hard and the bed sheets did not feel clean. We checked out the next morning. Never going back.
nothing The bed looks dirty and you can hear the noise from the next room. It's a bad experience to stay at this hotel.
Location was pretty good, right on CA-75 to go into Coronado and the Strand beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Price was reasonable. Hotel was being remodeled. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Walls feel paper thin, could hear everything going on in the hotel. No carpet, which is fine, however it could help with noise problem. Had 2 rooms with 2 people in each room, housekeeping only left one towel everyday during our stay. To be fair, after a call each morning, more were brought up.
Very clean for area Kids could not take breakfast to room
the place is under renovation. The room i stayed in is brand new. even though the place is still under renovation, the place is very clean with no construction dust. the hotel staff are very nice. I will be booking another date in the same motel.
awful place and customer service. This place is very poor when it comes to customer service. As soon as i arrived, the lobby lady receptionist arguing with a customer over his deposit which, he mentioned did not received. While, I waited and waited to checked in, decided to go find the restrooms, which they replied, they dont have in the lobby and they are only inside the rooms so, i had to wait longer and longer until they finish arguing and dealing with other customer to get my room which it happens that they had no rsvp for me So, I decided to leave because, the waiting in lobby was awful, the treatment they gave me when i needed to use the restroom was really dissapointing. Bad energy, unprofessional people and lack of good customer service skills in this place. I will not invest or do my business there. No good!
Breakfast was provided and was open until 0930. It was hassle-free.
The room was quiet and the location good. I killed the first of several roaches in the first 20 minutes. The continental breakfast was cereal, miniature sweet roll or toast. The room was spartan with a mini-flat screen. The room smelled musty. The towels and toilet paper were thin and the sheets rough. Stay at your own risk, don't believe the photos.
Facilities were very well kept. Room was very nice, and looked out over the Bay Area. Great location to GasLamp Quarter, restaurants, and connects to Petco Park. Great proximity to the convention center. Staff was accommodating. Concierge and valet staff were very knowledgeable on good places to eat/see in San Diego and other surrounding vicinities such as La Jolla, Coronado, etc. Also, got a little discount on zoo tickets by purchasing them at the hotel. Valet parking is a little steep. They charge $40.00/day. I agree they should charge for the service as its quicker and easier for someone to park your car and bring it to you, but $40.00/day is a little high. On the upside, you can use it as much as you want.
Its was clean staff was amazing I have nothing that we didn't like
it's a great location. Easy access to any part of sd. Our neighbors were partying until 4 am despite complaints. Hotel did not do anything about it.
Loved the location, bed, look and feel of the room, and the staff. I stayed in a water facing room with a (sort of) balcony on the 20th floor. It was a tremendous view I had a fantastic time. Couldn't possibly be closer to gas lamp district The room was a bit small and unequipted for the price per night. No microwave or refrigerator unless you call and ask for one to be sent up which was a bit tedious. Overall only complaint I could have
Staff were very nice. Clean hotel. Very accommodating I got charged $42 fot valet parking. Valet parking should be free. You are already spending money in staying in that hotel why wouldn't the valet parking be included?? That's one thing I was Not happy about.
friendly staff, very clean rooms, beautiful view, accessible inconvenient parking fees for valet, no fridge in rooms, pricey
Staff was very courteous, rooms were clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. Clise to bars and restaurants. Overall very comfortable. Location is a bit far from the beach
I love everything about this hotel! From the location, the rooms, the staff, the bar and restaurant, to the new friends I made.
Very friendly and helpful employees everywhere! Need better nacho chips
Solid hotel as always Front desk clerk who checked us in was not professional and quite curt. Train your staff for those who travel far distances who deserve a little common courteously, will you?
The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the windows was nice and big. The bathroom stayed humid/moist for a long while after taking a shower.
Stop charging resort fees. Include microwave and minifridge in each room.
Mattresses are too soft
The room decor and layout was very modern and had a nice feel to it.The staff was very friendly and nothing but helpful when needed. Couldn't have asked for better service. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. Also the walk in shower looked great and the dual shower heads were nice but it caused large amounts of water to pool up where you're supposed to dry off
The bed was very comfortable and my view was amazing! One of my towels was dirty upon arrival.
Location was great. Right at the start of the Gaslamp District. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Close to the baseball stadium. Staff was friendly and offered good suggestions for dinner. Gym was nice. Arrived on the day of a baseball game. Road closures made it difficult to get to the valet drop off point. Valet only. Cannot park your own car. Wish the hotel room was more clean. Lots of items in the room (i.e. Snacks and items for purchase) that hadn't been swapped out in a long time. For a 4 star hotel I expected a little more. Room needed a refresh - signs of wear and tear.
Location was fantastic, the room was completely adequate for what I needed and the fact that I could stay on the 4th floor and not hear the rooftop club was amazing! I didn't eat at either restaurants because they looked expensive enough that I didn't want to bother as there were hundreds of great restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I love the Starbucks in the building and your staff was outstanding. I'll have to check but if I got charged $50 for the "All Access Pass" I will be disappointed because I didn't use it. I know that you are catering to the 21-40 demographic so I would have thought that you would have had restaurants set up for that group, as opposed to a high end sushi restaurant that looked empty most of the times that I walked by. Food and drink is where your bread and butter profit is so why not entice people in with better, less expensive restaurants?
Nice Location High price
Fine hotel Was charged for a king suite and received a regular room. Haven't received the credit yet.
Location is excellent - in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter, actually right next to the Gaslamp sign. Pretty good view depending on where the room is located. Direct exits to 5th Ave, 6th Ave, and L St is a nice added convenience. Studio King room was great - clean, modern decor, comfortable bedding, great bathroom with rainfall and standard shower head, iPhone 5+ dock, good channel selection on TV. Lobby and surrounding have nice, clean, modern decor. After housekeeping, we found that the original iPhone dock we were provided was switched for a different model. The original one was better for us, as we could directly mount the phone for charging without a cable needed. The newer model required a cable, which we didn't have. Called the desk and they didn't know why it was switched, and said they'd follow up to resolve the issue... they never did. Overall, staff is not the most helpful.
Tech /music accesbility. Hospitality. Clubs, bars, and restaurant in the building Price for parking
Great location, great staff, clean, funky and fun. Rooms are small and water pressure sucks.
Charming hotel with unique "old times" style with newer modern amenities. Their balcony rooms are beautiful and the beds are amazingly comfortable. Great location for gaslamp!
Room nicely appointed and bed extremely comfortable The valet needs to bring his coffee with him at 7am or drink before he leaves home. I had to rustle him up to make an 8am appointment.
Clean, nice, and elegant hotel. Great location to Gaslamp District near bars and restaurants.
Really great location. We went for a date night and were close to great restaurants, nightlife and the mall. Really loved the Victorian feel Tiny room! No fridge in the room (sad to not store our dinner left overs)
I loved the whole experience! Friendly staff, helpful front desk and the rooms were SO beautiful! We will definitely be coming back :) I didn't like how short my stay was...nothing you could do! When we had brunch, I feel as though we could have had faster service but other than that the food was yummy and the space was beautiful!
location was nice. Common areas beautiful. Staff helpful. Overall clean. In general, happy with our 1 night stay too celebrate anniversary Room on the small side, which was ok for our short stay, but not if you've got plenty of luggage. Some minor details could use touch ups (e.g., bottom corner of doors in bathroom chipped). Not sound proof.
I liked the location, the decor, the patio dining, food, staff, price. Nothing.
You guys cancelled my reservation for a conference....... You guys cancelled my reservation for a conference....... :(
Nice ambiance. Restaurant was great. Front desk service was very friendly. Being near the convention center it was a bit noisy and rooms that face the center courtyard are subject to echo of conversation late at night.
The location was fantastic, right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance from nearly everything. The price was significantly better than other much pricier hotels in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The fireplace in the room didn't really work. The maintenance guy came to the room, but couldn't figure out how to fix it. Not a huge deal, but a bit disappointing. The ceiling above us was creaky... every time the people in the room above would move around the ceiling would creak and squeak. It was annoying, but otherwise the room was quiet.
The whole experience was great. The room was perfect for the 2 of us and the gas fireplace was wonderful. We had a great view as well. The downstairs courtyard was gorgeous and I wish we had taken advantage of it more. The location was ideak, walking distance from everything we wanted and needed to do. The staff was super friendly and the room service was great. i would just suggest bigger pillows :)
The hotel definitely had a lot of charm. It was nice and clean. A lot details throughout to notice. It had a New Olrleans-esque courtyard that was really nice. Room was a bit smaller than expected. I didn't like that there was no place in the hotel to heat up any food.
Room was dirty
Very modern hotel, friendly staff and great location to many shops and restaurants Bed wasn't very comfy
Great location and very nice staff (did a lot extra due to it being my GF's Bday). No
Near the convention center and very comfortable. No complaints
Awesome location for Halloween celebrations!! Had so much fun! Lots of places to go within walking distance. Didn't have to leave the hotel except that we wanted to people watch. The costumes were amazing! Can't beat the Gaslamp for Halloween!
Perfect location for Gas Lamp bars and food.
Location, unique decor. The gym room is tiny! And the room wasn't huge either. So fed up with 4&up star hotels forcing you to get out of your room in order to get a decent coffee or breakfast and not offering really anything except decoration.
This hotel is very chic and modern loved everything about it!
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Location, staff attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Property was very well kept, service, from valet to restaurant, was excellent. Friendly, pet-acceptance, was a plus great pool area TV watching in room was not same in bar, should be able to watch game in room or in the bar area. Two differnt tv packages seemed senseless.

it right by Petco Park, you can see the baseball game from our room no pool or hot tub, parking was incredibly high $32
Great location walking distance to food and bars/clubs. Rooftop bar was good but overpriced drinks The beds were really small
Early check-in, option to add microwave, fridge and a crib, friendly staff and fast service. $15 self parking per night right across the street. Small restaurant, no swimming pool or a gym.
Everything was very clean, tidy and the staff made you feel at home. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The night time hours were quite noisy due to guests in rooms close by coming and going around midnight/1am.
Really liked the Hotel. The location was great. Service was excelent. We will stay there again.
The location is great, right in the Gaslamp Quarter. Everything is walking distance. They charge for US$30.00 for an overnight valet parking. There is no other possibility to park anywhere nearby. I think 30 dollars is a lot for it,. or they should include this in the hotel room rate so the guests will not feel that they need to pay some more extras.
the front desk was very accomodating to any questions or requests we had
convenience to Petco Park, Seaport Village, & the Midway carrier lack of free parking
Roof top bar is a lot of fun No swimming pool
Again the staff was excellent, from the valet guy to the maids, they all go beyond there line of duty. The room I stayed looked like one of the older ones that hasn't been updated, the beds were worn and very lumpy, the shower did not work properly.
Close to airport and had a shuttle to the airport. Close to Gaslamp District, so we could take a cab for dinner. Restaurants were closed down with the exception of one. The palm tree outside of our window blocked our view. The room you get through online is the old tower (hotel) and quite removed from everything else. Noise all night with partying people upstairs...went until 4:45 a.m. until we left for the airport.
Location. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Entirely too long.
The pool was nice. The staff were horrible and rude, overpriced, no comfort.
Location is how this place makes its money. Very convienent Not updated at all and the beds where cheap.
the amenities close to the water staff was very accommodating and friendly our upgraded room was amazing what's not to like? Met our expectations.
The tower I didn't stay in The second tower is a five minute walk from the first and all the nicer facilities are in the first tower.
The club option for breakfast was nice For the price of over 200 a night it would of been nice to have a separate tub and shower.
Morning It's dirty, cockroaches, staff was rude. Overall worst hotel experience ever. I will never come back again.
The balcony! The cleanliness! The comfort! Pet-friendly (Belle, our chihuahua, was happy to be with us)! Everything was great!
Hotel was ok and we booked the bay view and didn't get that till the 2nd day. Parking lot is small and too expensive
$90+/day in additional hidden fees. Not what I was expecting to pay when I booked.
I brought my dog and all the staff could help direct me places to go. Thanks for the beautiful view I enjoyed Wish I could have walked somewhere for less expensive foods
Nothing Holes in the walls and stains on the walls were mildly entertaining............ Breakfast, the fact that the pictures on the internet were not at all what the hotel was like. E.G. no pool
I liked that it was close the freeway, and local shopping center. Perfect for a short stay. I'm glad I didnt take my Yukon. It would of been a headache. The parking lot is made for compact cars only. Anything bigger, good luck. Very tight squeeze. The water pressure sucked. Seemed loike everyone was taking a shower at the same time and made it difficult to shower with ease.
The rooms are very clean and huge, very well equipped and maintained. There might have been fleas or bed-bugs.
I like that it was cheap and still close to downtown They had broken appliances and they were not replaced. But that will never get fixed.
near the trolley. the safe didn't work. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisey
Large room with internet, they had a good Mexican restaurant called RIVA'S 4 blocks away. This hotel should not have the word downtown in its name since it was very far from downtown, and had little services near by. Call your taxi ahead of time to get to the airport since the hotel had to call twice to get my taxi.
I liked that it was cheap compared to other hotels around the area. I was raised around a rough neighborhood but even some of the individuals staying there or around didn't seem like people in their right mind, one of the nights the people next to us argued all night threw beer bottles at the walls and even kicked our door a couple times until I went out there and tried to see what there problem was. Told the clerk and he said he was going to contact the law and he never did had to stay another night and the people staying in that room didn't get kicked out or told anything about there actions from the night before, you live and you learn never staying there again.
The price was great and the service was really good. the door was a lil broken
What I like about America's Best Value Inn, was the location, cleanliness of the room, and the price. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. N/A
It was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Area is a bit sketchy, some people we're sketchy as well. Smelled like marijuana. And 18 minutes away from nearest beach.
Breakfast was good. Afternoon cocktails and snacks were a nice touch. Big, comfortable room. No drinking glasses in room. They charge for Wifi.
I was told there was Self-Park or Valet, upon arrival I was informed there is ONLY valet and it was $42.00.
Nothing 1. 45.00 parking fee 2. Pool and spa broken 3. Room service horrible 4. It's under construction very loud and smells like paint 5. Walkways are taped off 6.complimentary breakfast horrible
The breakfast. Didn't like the $40 night parking fee and I thought the customer service at the front desk was terrible.
Nothing went right and it continued even after we left the hotel
The rooms are big, and the hotel close to a beautiful beach. The is a nice center of restaurants near the hotel The Peking in the hotel too expensive
The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The free hot breakfast was good. The location is is great.
Choices to be green. Close to the convention center. Hours for the recreation area were limited.
almost everything worked out just fine for us.. long line for happy hour.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and large. The hotel location was ideal due to its proximity to different eateries and shops. I wish I had the time to enjoy a run near the waterfront which looked lovely. It was a little pricey at over $300/night, but then again it was Memorial Day weekend.
Location After realizing I left a jacket in the closet, I immediately contacted the hotel to retrieve it. Two messages were left on housekeeping voice mail. Twice I spoke to front desk and was prommised missed a call back which never came. No manager was available at any time. After a day and a half I recieved a message from housekeeping that they didn't find it. The outcome would have been different had the front desk or management given quality customer service. I am a Hilton Honors member and frequent guest.
Location, room separate from living area a huge plus. I booked over the phone directly with the hotel, what I was quoted over the phone was $100 more than what was emailed to me in my confirmation. I had to cancel, and was transferred to 3 people before I was allowed to do so. I was told there was Self-Park or Valet, upon arrival I was informed there is ONLY valet and it was $42.00. I was not informed that the hotel was under major renovations when speaking to the hotel on the phone either. "heated pool" was barely warmed up, more cold than anything. The parking felt like the biggest disappointment, especially being lied to over the phone.
