The rooftop bar is a hot night spot. The architecture of the building is beautiful. The smell in the lifts is awesome.

At room 402 I could hear music, don’t know if it was coming from the rooftop bar. The lifts and the corridors of the floors are excessively dark. The breakfast’s omelete 6 months ago was way better. Too many pillows on bed. There should exist more sun shadow by the pool.

The design of the hotel is amazing,its an attraction but itself.

I think they went more modern than luxury.and the rooms are a bit small

Loved the location-closed to everything and still more relaxed and quiet. The service has been outstanding. Concierge helped us efficiently with all bookings. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel is an architectural gem, from the outside as well as inside. My room was incredible, the view, the rooftop bar, the lobby and the drinks wall, it was all a dream. The hotel is very well located, easy access to all the sights but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Reception staff were extremely kind and attentive, the glass of champagne upon arrival and the fresh coconut juice sent up to my room these were all very sweet touches that made my stay unforgettable.

The spa experience was a disappointment. My treatment was fine but the desk staff was rude, and the spa room is not clearly indicated anywhere, I had to hover around the second floor in my robe waiting for the previous treatment to finish. Did not match the otherwise exceptional customer experience.

The architecture is incredible, the view from Sao Paulo shows you another side of the city and the staff was always friendly and really supportive. The skye bar / restaurant is also amazing.

The traffic to get there, but that’s because the great location. Also we didn't have many places to go walking. Anyway Itaim Bibi is really close and you have everything there.
