Hard to like something when you hear 6x “no” and “forbidden” before arrive into your room. This hotel looks like an old Kentucky bar with forbidden advises everyplace.

It’s really hard to believe they keep using Meliá brand. This is a complete nightmare.

Good location.

Reception desk is very slow. Show-cooking not available at begin of breakfast time. Small fitness room with partly broken equipment.

Good location and secure premises. The room was quiet and had all the basics in place. Staff responded very well to requests for assistance with two problems: the office chair was broken; and the bedroom safe would not release. Wifi worked well.

The hotel in general, and the bathroom in particular, was rather tired. I did not expect to have a chair that lacked three out of four screws in the backrest. The wallpaper and wood finish in the bathroom was peeling away. The breakfast was mundane. The bar was a token gesture.
