the room was clean, and shower was good.
the bed was super hard and not comfortable. the 2 pillows were very small and very hard Asian style. and if you wanted another pillow then you were supposed to go "rent it" somewhere, which was just weird.

the shower is excellent. easy to use shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers! steady water temperature. awesome humidifier! good housekeeping service. free shuttle to popular places. excellent location. will stay again!!!
the pillows are super uncomfortable. the room is small. but everything else is excellent! thank you so much! will stay again!

The beds were extremly hard and also the pillow. They were too hard to be confortable.

The overall feedback for the Dormy inn is well deserved - It is located in a vibrant area with loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The free punctual shuttle bus was great to get to the northern side of Seoul. The hotel is very clean with an extremely polite and helpful staff. I was offered an alternate room immediately upon a small issue. Also, I very much liked the possibility to select the firmness of the pillow, which I reserved during booking -extra firm for me for neck problem- it was a high quality one that went beyond my expectations. The Japanese style spa was another treat and experience! We visited Seoul end of November, cold weather - so it was great to come back to the complimentary hot cup of coffee or tea available in the lobby. The breakfast is an experience! Guests were dressed in the provided pajamas - unusual look when on the week end with most guests dressed the same - so tried and fund a very comfortable option early morning. The food includes more Asian then western options - but has enough variety. All in all highly recommend!
The rooms are on the smaller side - this is however fully described it just makes it difficult if you have 2 large suitcases!

Love this hotel. It was peaceful, clean, quiet, very comfortable bed and room. The staff is always professional, the service is excellent, the onsen amazing and very relaxing, and there is a free shuttlebus to Myeongdong! Also easy to get to and from Incheon airport and the hotel with the KAL limousine bus, which has a stop at the hotel next to it. Two subway stations also close to the hotel, as well as convenient stores and lots of food options. Amazing place - will stay again next time I am in Seoul^^ Thank you, Dormy Inn, for perfect stay. And the cleaning staff is so cute and kind. Very sweet people(^-^)
