I loved everything there - the facilities the room the ambience but most of all I loved and appreciated the Staff of this Hotel. It is literally the essence of high end service - smile all the time , super helpful and the most important they were humble and they made us feel like King and Queen. I have no words to describe my experience there - definitely recommended ❤️❤️❤️

Great premier suite with amazing views of the city and first class amenities.
The check in could have been better and there was no need for the staff to try and upsell us to a 'better’ room - we were staying on the 99th floor. Also breakfast really should have been included while the lounge could have offered a greater range of food and drinks.

Signiel is a beautiful luxury castle in the clouds, one of the best hotels in the whole world not just because of design, view and position but also people who work there are beyond their job, so dedicated and great team, politeness is on top and professional in every way. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for the cookie, See you next year Miss Ninette

Phenomenal view. Very nice breakfast.
Ear popping when going downstairs with the super fast elevator, but I guess that’s inherent to moving heights that fast.

The breakfast buffet is probably the best we've ever had at a hotel; the hotel was beautiful and staff all very professional. Wonderful city view and connects directly to Lotte mall so easy shopping and transportation to Seoul centre
The staff felt very stiff at times but that is a very minor thing as many of them warmed up a little over time once they were more comfortable with us
