Size and style of accommodation. Restaurant food, good selection. Location to beach Fitness room equipment not serviced and most machines mot working. We pointed this out to the management 2 days after arriving but nothing was done about it even after a second mention. We were told it is a 'free' facility but we count it as part of the price .Pool area small for size of hotel. Spa area alway full,. Too many crying children at dinner time 9.30 eve! Bar is like an airport cafe
The hotel was maintained in a very clean condition, especially the rooms. The food was anything but Gourmet!
The buffet breakfast was good. The beach (although it is nowhere near as close as advertised) The smell from the bathroom was disgusting - a real sewer smell - we had to buy air freshener in the local supermarket. The Hotel does not have sea views - there is a new block just been built in front of it - instead we had a room overlooking he pool which overlooks a very busy and noisy main road. The Hotel may only have been built in 2000 but it already needs a good overhaul and is definitely not up to a 4 star standard. The room was shabby and tired and the air con was poor and very noisy. Lastly - no way is it 150 metres to the beach - a good ten minute walk. Would not stay again. The area of Vera Playa has a beach which is lovely, but very little else - few restaurants etc. it is rather a "sad" resort in the evenings when it seems to be empty.
I have no problems with the hotel however it is isolated. To get to Mojacar was a 15 to 20 minute car journey.
noisy generator kept us awake at night.
As we only stayed 1 night we didn't get chance to sample many of your hotels services but what we did we very pleased with ie.room,breakfast.We would definately return should the chance occur.
very noisy both from traffic and hotel water tank which seemed to be above our room. Bathroom smells.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. During our stay we experienced some of the heaviest rainfall the region had seen for many years. The basement area, including the restaurant, was totally flooded to about a metre deep. The lift shafts were like water falls but the staff and the owner could not do enough to help us cope and make us comfortable. For a situation out of their control they coped very well. We did find the bed was too hard, therefore my wife and I bought two inflatable beach beds to place upon our mattress. With hindsight we could have asked for another room but due to the flooding we decided to leave things as they were.
Good food, very clean hotel/rooms , friendly staff room we stayed in had a terrible odor coming in from the drains, really overwhelming
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Mostly occupied by Spanish families which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Fresh coffee and fresh orange juice at breakfast would be a great improvement. Very high deposits required per towel at the pool.
Hotel Ok The hotel beds are too hard
peacfull stay paying for the beach seats, should be provided for free for hotel guests
We both went there with our exhaustion and came back totally relaxed would I go again yes at a discount rate Too much shade in the garden area so its very hard to be in the sun. Far to many people putting towels on sun beds and not useing the bed
Food was excellent. Cut off from anywhere. Need better entertainment. Resident band would be good.
Swimming pool Room not like for star hotel room. Stinky the bathroom. Old furnitures, and the beach is not soo nice. Too much single man was there, it is not normal in the real naturist place.
Third time at the Vera Playa and overall good. The animacion and facilities are great. I think that the bar staff could be more friendly and less intimidating.
Excellent facilities, fabulous pool, great beachside location, attentive staff. Excellent food. Certainly a quality 4 star hotel.and a privelege to stay at. The hotel exceeded our expectations.Just terrific
Very well maintaned hotel, food is good, rooms cleaned regulary, staff helpfull
the hotel was great and the hoiday brilliant and naturist
Pools and beach access. Very offhand staff. Dining experience more school canteen than 4 star.
Very friendly, very interesting community of guests, 4stars in Naturism is great :)
The outdoor pool was nice but you had to save a chair by 9am or they would all be taken with people putting towels in them. The website says FREE wifi but that is not true. You get only one free hour per day. After that you must pay. The connection is slow and generally best in the atrium. The AC in my room did not work despite me keeping it on the maximum for 2 solid days. Every night from 9pm until midnight very loud music is played poolside which kept me from sleeping. I called reception to complain but the music stayed loud despite others complaining as well. There was hardly anyone listening to the music as well. The staff spoke very little English which often hindered communication. It was difficult to find the hotel. You have to follow the signs for Villaricos to get there. The whole area around the hotel is like a ghost town. Too much building and it's all stopped leaving lots of totally empty or partly finished buildings. The beach is pebbly and not very clean. The facilities were all very worn and in poor condition for a supposed 4 star hotel. There are much better places to stay nearby in Modejar.
