Great choice for an excellent price.
We liked the modern decor. It was difficult to find. The name "Sercotel" was not on the building. Instead it posted "El Boulevard" at the top of the building. Our electronic navigator (TomTom) did not recognize an address number of "3" for this street. It was dark and rainy with street construction as a distractor. I recommend making the name on the website consistent with the name on the building and posting a sign at street level.
very friendly staff; easy connection by nearby bus to city centre; shopping mall, super market and petrol station at walking distance. breakfast too limited; restaurant is more a cafetaria than a restaurant; a 4 star hotel should come with a proper restaurant.
Fantastic value for money. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely use it again. Next to the Commercial Centre Le Boulevard with a huge Eroski Hypermarket. Follow the hotel's directions but then pick up the signs for Le Boulevard shopping centre. You will then see Hotel Le Boulevard on your right. Free outdoor private parking with barrier or underground parking for 11 Euros. Only down side for some guests would be that it was a 15 minute walk to the centre of town although this did not worry us.
Staff were very kind It is a bit out from town
nothing impossible to work in the standard rooms, no desk where to put a Laptop. no fitness room. my room was on the boulevard, noisy at night. food very disappointing. I booked for two nights, checked out after one and moved to Hotel Lakua just 2km away. Much better if you don't need to be very close to the city center.
Good value for money.
Quiet rooms, very clean and spacious! Friendly staff; nice facilities overall.
We liked this hotel very much.Room was clean and reception staff helpful. Free parking was a bonus, The shopping centre next door came in handy with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants to have a meal or a drink. It was a bit far from the centre.
the beds and matras was comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. It was difficult to find, the indication was poor.
Rooms were clean, location easy to find and close to highway Room smelled like there had been heavily smoked in it
Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast included and not bad. no complaints and would use again
very new hotel all staff were very helpfull and always with a smile nothing was any trouble
Very clean and staff were very friendly and efficient Unfortunately there was no restaurant within walking distance
easy to find and park, exceptionally clean, very convenient for overnight stay No restaurant, situated on industrial park
Loved this hotel. It was a great price for 3-star comfort. Our family of 6 had 2 "communicated" rooms, where a door opened up between the two rooms. When we arrived, we were completely exhausted, and it was great to discover that we could order pizza from Telepizza and have them deliver it to us at the hotel. We had expected to have to go back out and find some dinner, and it was a treat to just be able to stay in the room and relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Being from the us, we appreciated that a standard Holiday Inn room was a lot larger than a standard room from a European chain! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a good selection, and it was included in the room price. It's a bit far out from the center of Vitoria. But, for our family, that was fine because the rate and comfort of the hotel were perfect, and we could drive in to see Vitoria in about 5-10 minutes.
Value for money. The family room was great with room for 2 kids with their own bed. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Soft, saggy bed.
The hotel was very easy to find. There was no waiting for check in / out and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very accommodatiing as we required an additional bed for our 2nd child. The hotel is very close to the City of Vitoria.
Very affordable price for very good and new hotel. Very good for one day business trip or passing throught the nice sity of Vitoria Aircondition had a problem but the rest was very good.
Amazing hotel with all facilities. A bit far away from city center
Everything was OK and very complete (breakfast, rooms..) Also dinners in the restaurant were OK.
Very clean. Food was goodStaff was friendly. Boring hotel. No swimming pool. Boring location. Level of English spoken by staff was very poor. We were misinformed about breakfast when checking in resulting in missing breakfast and had to buy room service.
Efficient staff Overpriced room service
I needed a restaurant for our late arrival, and the hours and food were excellent.
Everything, excellent hotel!
Friendly with Cafe for our use when we were tired and did not want a full restuarant.
Location to Autoroute and helpful staff Dinner in main dining room awful. Hot food cold and on a cold plate. Bad cooking too. Breakfast was good.
Hi quality hotel, in a good place, quiet, and near all, and good for who is traveling, near the hiway. Pity dont have a gym, or a pool.
Very new. Good room, excellent bathroom easy and free parking easy to find. bed very confortable Wifi signal was not good but hotel also provide free cable connection which in any case was faster connection
Loved hotel design, the facilities and enormous space in the one bedroom apartment we we stayed in. The quality of bathroom towels to the bed linen and comfort of the beds was outstanding. Also liked that they provided complimentary toiletries bags with toiletries and the complimentary water and tea/coffee facilities/machine. Impressed by the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and washing machine. Would recommend hotel. A little out of the city
Very modern designed hotel. Excellent all round. Nothing at all.
excellent appartment [high spec and clean - seemed brand new], friendly and helpful staff, bike hire. Piped music in corridors
Great hotel, good position and excellent rooms.
It had a rating of fabulous when we booked it and it lived up to that rating
comfort bathroom, hotel position
The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.
Large room, large comfortable bed, really excellent breakfast. It took reception 3 tries to find a room that had been made up.
Location! Dull hotel rooms, very noisy as no carpets on floor can hear other guests TVs and using bathrooms as no soundproofing. No bar, restaurant as such,( order a drink it comes from the kitchen and red wine chilled!) This is certainly not a good hotel. I stayed in the Silken last year and only chose this one as it was nearer to my friends, big mistake. The rooms were clean.
The bathroom door in AC hotels has a gap between the edge of the door and the wall. This enables fellow guests to see you when tending to your ablutions.
It was a decent room with decent services, nothing special, a basic 3 stars Position was not very centric and staff not very kind/ helpful, basic services
Nice design, good size room with new furniture, modern and clean bathroom, not too far from the city center, location with a lot of parking space at the buildings surrounding the hotel. The A/C was a little laud, some elements were not replaced during the recent restoration e.g. wooden baseboards, but in general this did not spoil overall good impression.
Peace and quiet , not disturbed.
Excellent staff and the restaurant in the evening was wonderful, food excellent and a good set menu. Worth a visit if you go to this area.
good location for those travelling to bilbao port. good breakfast included in price.helpful staff.english spoken a bit dark . could do with better lighting.could benefit from a budget evening meal for residents.
Secure car park.Interesting quirky conversion of building.Good sized bedroom and en suite.Helpful staff.Good breakfast. Both hotel restaurants closed on Sunday. No alternatives within easy walking distance.
Relaxed atmosphere, a very Spanish type of building, rooms very oldie worldie with good bathroom facilities Location for older people who find walking difficult was not good, some way from shops and restaurants.
Nice room, helpful staff (even spoke some english!), there's a car park too. It is definitely too far to walk to Vitoria, tried to rent bikes they had, but the staff didnt know how to deal with that, so we had to drive to vitoria.
air conditioning is centralized
very good service from the staff, the calm and tranquility of the hotel, yet close to Vitoria Slightly disappointed by the evening meal, and after having freshly made coffee the first morning (very good)the second morning it(the coffee) was tepid and obviously warmed up.
The hotel has masses of character and is finished to a high standard. Ample and secure parking. Very helpful staff. Adequate breakfast and the one dinner we had was excellent. The distance from Vitoria meant it was neccessary to take the car.
Easy to get to from the motorway, we used the hotel as it was convenient for Bilbao car ferry. It was clean. The hotel was very unusual as it was originally a stable and pig stye.16th century. Very well converted with lots of character but depressing if stayed too long.
Hotellet låg mitt i staden, trevligt att promenera där på kvällen. Bra sängar, stort badrum.Bra parkering i parkeringshus. Det fanns ingen möjlighet att få t. ex. en smörgås till kaffet på kvällen.Det fanns en kaffeautomat.Svårt att hitta dit med bil mycket enkelriktade gator.
The parking facilities were important for us as it was a return overnight stop on our way to the ferry. We enjoyed a good nights rest.
The room was clean and nice. Staff not so helpful.
good value for money and good stop over on a long car journey from north east france to portugal.
Easy location room comfort due to cold weather and poor isolation of the room window
Central location for tourist sites and restaurants very close to train station nice room and en suite facilities helpful english speaking staff None
very close to the old town which allowed us to see the culture of the Basque people. very quiet and confortable. we stayed there last year for a couple of days and liked it so much that we decided to stay again. right in the centre of things and within walking distance of bus station. very reasonably priced. would stay again. lovely if we had tea/coffee making facilities as no food available but aware that this is not routine in spanish hotels. however lots of cafes right outside the door.
Greqt locqtion in the city center. Decoration of rooms and hotel funny and original. During summer days a ventilator in rooms should be appreciated
Very Clean anbd charming accommodation. Staff extremly attentive and friendly. Extremly good value. Very central.
Great location, on a street with lot of cafes, bars and shops.Really close to the beautiful old town. Hotel has quirky interior,is clean & has friendly staff.
staff extremely helpful and everything was very clean!!
City centre position. Its access by car.
The hotel was quite quirky but comfortable,it's location was brilliant and it was excellent value for money. vittorio was a good base for visiting the area. It is a lovely city great
well located . friendly owners hard mattress, no parking
I had reservation for Dato 2 but finaly I wonted to stay in Dato 1 part with the receptin desk. the staff was very very kind and do the best to find room in Dato 1 part. thanks a lot
The helpfulness of the staff was second to none. It was a little noisy at night, you could hear the next rooms toilet flushing as if were next to your bed. There are no breakfast facilities and if you need to park your car, it wiil cost in excess of €13.00 for one night
The ambience was a real delight. The hotel was one of the best budget experiences we have ever had. The decor and the windows and the statues were very special. Nothing
The art decor is charming, the room was very big and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Internet access is not that easy to find in Vittoria so a computer for guest use, with a moderate hourly rate, would be a great addition.
The hotel was basic but in an excellent location The hotel description said that there was bicycle rental which they confirmed when we asked again upon arrival. However the next day when we asked again they said they did not have bicycle rental. The local tourist office would not allow us take the city bikes as we wanted to go 10k to a local attraction of roman ruins. They said that there was nowhere else where we could hire bikes from. It was very dissapointing and the 'bicycle hire' description of the hotel very misleading.
It's close to the old quarter.
Where it was located. Read the special instructions for the hotel about how to enter before the visit!
fish soup and steak excellent though soup could have been hotter
Ideally situated for motorway stop en route to ferry at Bilbao. Excellent value for money with air conditioned room and TV bath and shower. Full bar and restaurant facilities. Efficient reception staff who spoke good English. very welcoming after a 500 mile journey that day. There was nothing to dislike ,the only problem I had was that the map wasn't quite accurate the hotel is at junction 341 not 342 and is right on the side on the A1 ruta del europa so I had to do a couple of U turns to get to it having driven straight past it.
Was perfect to sleep in trip to Europe
Reception in a different building, lack of proper directions to access when coming from the incoming lane of the motorway.
Excellent value restaurant, popular with lorry drivers. No this isn't Watford Gap Services - you'll get a proper 3 course meal - traditional Spanish style including wine all for $11. You can't get better value than this in Spain (if you don't mind sharing with smokers). I got the dates mixed up and booked a night too early, but helpful receptionist let me stay with no extra charge. This is very much a service station location with basic rooms. Follow signs to Ruta de Europa when coming off motorway - sat nav lat/long takes you to entirely the wrong location.
