They said they had underage fees on the website but it turns out you have to be at least 23! So we all showed up after the flight ready to grab our car and we couldn’t. So stressful! Plus:Nothing, rude, arrogant, no help. Showed up, car had been wrecked the day before, was never called or made aware of this, left stranded outside with no help to get anywhere.Minus:Everything could have been better.
