There wasn’t even a car available for me when I was there and ended up being stranded because I was not a priority even with a reservation. I will never use them or their business again. And if they are in business with Kayak, maybe not Kayak either.Omdöme skrivet 11 juli 2023

I made a reservation months in advance through priceline and when I arrived there were several people ahead of me stranded. Dollar had no cars available and had made no attempts to alert people or make other plans. We were all just stranded. I ended up renting through another agency and now have to fight through priceline to get the refund for the portion prepaid. Breach of contract all around. They did not have a car for me when I checked in. They told me to wait two hours and they would call me. They never called and they did not answer the phone when I called them. This location was closed when we arrived because they ran out of cars, even though we had a reservation. We waited outside in the cold for 30 min before someone from Enterprise came over and told us. The people at Dollar didn't even leave a note. Unacceptable service.Omdöme skrivet 21 feb. 2022

First problem, they tooked confirmed reservations, but didnt have cars available to rent. I had to wait four and a half hours for a vehicle. The ladies at the desk were nice. However, I had to wait almost an hour for my car. I’m not quite for sure why I needed a paid reservation if my car isn’t going to be ready. I will definitely consider other rental companies if I have to wait that long.Omdöme skrivet 24 nov. 2021
