ACE was a decent car rental company. Their “counter” agent set up was very weird as it was iPads set up on a booth that would process your rental and they two employees roaming around. We had to wait a little bit for the car as it was still being cleaned, despite arriving at our pickup time. Overall, decent car rental place but not the smoothest and best experience I’ve had.Omdöme skrivet 1 sep. 2023

Check in took way too long. Lots of paperwork. Gate attendant took a ton of pictures of the car before we left. Car was clean. Turning in the car after usage was quick with no problems.Omdöme skrivet 31 aug. 2023

I had reserved a mid size SUV which was not available and upgraded to a full size Durango with an onboard GPS which was wonderful for driving around the area. I was fortunate at ACE LAX to have dealt with their customer service agent named Herbert. He was very helpful in explain Ing the insurance options and getting me processed quickly. I was tired after a long day and Herbert helped make check-in a breeze. Loved ACE! Right price and helpful people. Steven Sheft Newark.De.Omdöme skrivet 30 aug. 2023

No one told us we had to call the rental company to get the shuttle to come. It took a long time to get to the off airport location. Also it wasn’t ACE. It was Drivo.Omdöme skrivet 29 aug. 2023

Everything went smooth and the shuttle drivers were polite. The car was ready when we showed up and was easy to find. I would rent here again.Omdöme skrivet 27 aug. 2023
