ACE was a decent car rental company. Their “counter” agent set up was very weird as it was iPads set up on a booth that would process your rental and they two employees roaming around. We had to wait a little bit for the car as it was still being cleaned, despite arriving at our pickup time. Check in took way too long. Lots of paperwork. Gate attendant took a ton of pictures of the car before we left. Car was clean. Turning in the car after usage was quick with no problems.Omdöme skrivet 31 aug. 2023

I had reserved a mid size SUV which was not available and upgraded to a full size Durango with an onboard GPS which was wonderful for driving around the area. I was fortunate at ACE LAX to have dealt with their customer service agent named Herbert. He was very helpful in explain Ing the insurance options and getting me processed quickly.
