Didn’t have the correct vehicles for what was requested, clerks make up rules as they go to make their jobs easier. After fact checking and proving them wrong they would still argue. Won’t return to Alamo at that location.Omdöme skrivet 29 sep. 2021

I couldn't believe how poor the service was at the Wilmington Airport Alamo Car Rental location. I had a confirmation number and was on my way to pick up the car when Nicole from the rental company called to tell me that they didn't have a car for me. I told that I had a confirmation and she informed me that didn't matter. She made no attempt to help me and offered no solution, just told me there wasn't a car for me. Plus:Drop off was easy.Minus:I ordered an economy car, not a minivan. The minivan was ok but when I started it up, the screen said that the tire was low so I had to go back into the airport to tell them. They said it was fine so for four days, I drove around in a minivan that said “tire low”. Not good customer service.Omdöme skrivet 18 okt. 2020
