I reserved a car at 4:30 p.m, for pickup at 5:00 p.m. I was called at 4:50 p.m. to let me know that there were no cars available. Why does your system allow you to book a reservation when there are no cars available? Unacceptable.Omdöme skrivet 29 aug. 2023

Totally terrible experience. Put in a rental request for Asheville airport and was given a Budget local airport pickup that turned out to be in a shopping mall a $60 ride away. Turned the car into the airport and got hit with a $250 additional charge. Customer service person are indifferent to outright hostile. Stay away from this company.Omdöme skrivet 12 juni 2023

The car smelled like "pot" and was not cleaned prior to rental. A previous renter had driven the car over 100 mph. The gas tank was not full with 294 miles left on the tank. I returned it with over 350 miles left in the tank. We entered Asheville AIRPORT into the Search Box. When we got there the car was at Asheville DOWNTOWN. A 25 dollar and 30 min uber ride away. Not sure how this happened, but it was a show stopper since we had to return the car at Oh-Dark-Thirty to catch a 0600 flight. The lady at AVIS at the airport was FAB FAB FAB and hooked us right up with a car at the airport for almost the same price. Be very wary of the location of your car.Omdöme skrivet 10 maj 2023

It was very difficult to find the office. It turns out it was inside a mall and there is no sign anywhere outside or inside the mall telling you where it is. We had to ask several workers at other shops in the mall - although we weren’t even sure it was even in there! Never had such a frustrating experience trying to rent a car. When I rented the car I told them I wanted to pick it up at the Ashville Airport. When trying to pick up the vehicle I was told that my car was at a different location. I had to get a taxi which I had to pay $55.00 for. Also the car was dirty and the gas tank was not full. I was told that I could not drop the car off at the airport without paying $250.00 fee.
