We rented a tundra four-door pick up truck. It actually was with Enterprise at the airport not budget. But it didn’t matter to us, as the service was awesome! The Enterprise gentleman that helped us was named Nathaniel T Rothwell. He was professional, courteous, and helped us tremendously! Seemingly everything that could’ve gone wrong happened too. I was given a completely different car that was awful on gas, told the car was full with gas but it was at 3/4 tank (of a 24 gallon tank). The car wreaked of air freshener, no washer fluid so couldn’t see through the windshield the whole drive. Got blackmailed about a cleaning fee when dropping off. The person checked out the car in the first place was the only positive experience. Will not be renting from Budget again.Omdöme skrivet 26 feb. 2023

The car smelled like weed whenever it was humid or had been sitting overnight. The carpet was sticking out and had clearly been pulled up on the passenger side and there were stains on the seat. Other than that the car was fine and the staff were very friendlyOmdöme skrivet 15 feb. 2023
