Hari took above-and-beyond care of us; we felt like we were so spoiled! And, everything about our trip in Alaska was lovely because she helped us get organized in places to visit for food and in our wrap-up in dropping the car off with extra time and a different location! I did have to buy additional windshield washer fluid but was compensated for it. That time of year an extra bottle in the trunk would have helped. The service was excellent and friendly. The return crew was there early in the morning which helped make the flight.Omdöme skrivet 2 apr. 2023

There was no car. I got a confirmation number and the Enterprise people called the day before our trip and said the confirmation number and reservation was computer generated, not human. VERY upsetting since we were to spend ten days driving around Alaska. I will NEVER use Kayak again. Enterprise said they knew NOTHING of a reservation.Omdöme skrivet 18 juni 2022

My plane was delayed until after they close so I called prior to let them know that I would come in the next day for the reserved car. When we showed up in a snow storm, they did not have a vehicle for us to use as we had requested an SUV. The agent was unable to assist me and needed to confirm with the manager before “figuring something out for us”.
