Drop off was easy. We booked a “suppliers choice” size car. When we arrived we were told because our plane was late (4 instead of noon), we would have to be upgraded to a full-sized sedan for $30 a day more or $150. The price of the rental car was already ridiculously high (twice as much for this 5-day rental as we are paying for a 10-day rental elsewhere a month later!) it left us feeling cheated. I mistakenly scheduled my vehicle pick up two hours late. My rental was not ready, but the clerk offered me a larger SUV immediately for a slight increase in the price. Pick up was smooth and the service great. The only negative was the fact that I was not told that the office would be closed on drop off. Not a big deal but the return time was listed at 5 pm And they knew that the office closed at 4 They should have advised re: protocol for drop off.😯Omdöme skrivet 18 apr. 2023
