Pick up was very easy ,staff great. Drop off was easy, my only concern was the parking area not well lit. As a single female with drop off at 4am I would have felt safer with better lighting and security patrol in the area.Omdöme skrivet 6 aug. 2023

Customer service/roadside assistance was horrible. There was an issue with car and I had to call multiple times. I was told different things and also lied to about my options and told things that were not true by customer service to get me off the phone. It was also hard to reach the different offices near where I was having car issues. I think they should do more checks before renting out their cars.Omdöme skrivet 21 juli 2021

Plus:I liked the roominess of the vehicle. The ability to connect my Android device to the HUD via bluetooth or USB was very helpful.Minus:I don't love the RAV4's Ecoboost(?) feature.
