Plus:Car was excellent and a very good value.Minus:Pick-up and drop off were slow and drawn out. Stood by for 15 minutes waiting to check out while one agent worked and two others walked in and out without a word. Finally someone noticed me standing there and said someone would soon help me. Plus:Nothing.Minus:They canceled my rental AFTER i called them and emailed them that i was arriving late due to flight cancellations and wearher. Minus:Pick up was not coordinated properly. Cars were not available. After 1st assigned car and waiting 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, turned out that the car had tags that had been expired since December and could not be issued. Then waited another 30 minutes for them to find a new car. Minus:I had reached out to customer service to request to cancel my reservation two weeks in advance and request a credit after California went into Covid lockdown. I have sent multiple requests via email and through online chat with no response. So unprofessional and I have never been treated this way in my life. I’ve rented hundreds of cars from other agencies and this was my first time with Fox. I would strongly discourage using Fox Rent A Car.Omdöme skrivet 21 dec. 2020
